There’s So Many Layers To This But To Be Clear, I Am Particularly Speaking Post Trauma, Post Healing / Pre Trauma/Healing Because It Takes Looking At Yourself, Being Honest About Your Experiences And Being Willing To Start Again From The Ground Up. (When You Are In The Midst Of Traumatic Experience(s) Or Acknowledging Such Things, You Need To Give Yourself Permission To Do Whatever Works Without avoiding Yourself)Either Way The Message Is About Recognising Negative Patterns. Post Trauma/Healing, If You Choose To Maintain A Negative Narrative You Will Make Yourself Physically And Mentally Sick. Negativity Shuts The Mind And Body Down Which Is Why It’s Important To Remember Your Thoughts Matter. Loving Yourself Matters But If You Continuously Choose To Be Harmful To Yourself & Expect Others To Hold Your Hand, You Are Not Only Being Unfair But You Are Dragging People Down With You.
