Beskrivelse

So often, we don’t actually fear the future, but rather who we will have to become. We fear that we won’t know what to do, that we won’t be strong enough or that we will not be able to follow through on what we will meet. And that’s where doubt begins. Because if you don’t trust yourself to act or know what to do when life happens, every decision feels heavier. Every risk feels bigger, and every step feels uncertain. You see… Trust is not something you suddenly have. Instead, it is something you need to intentionally build. And you do so through small moments, everyday choices and decisions. You build that trust in the things you say you will do… and then actually do. Every time you break a promise to yourself, you teach yourself that you can’t rely on yourself. And every time you do keep a promise to yourself, you teach yourself the opposite. You are proving to yourself - “I’ve got me.” Trust usually doesn’t come from big achievements; instead, it comes from consistency. From you showing up for yourself in the smallest of ways, doing what you said you would do, even when it is inconvenient. This is exactly the reason why starting small matters so much. Because small actions are repeatable. When you set the bar too high, you fail more often. Every failure becomes another reason not to trust yourself. But when you set a minimum (something you know you will do regardless of what happens in your life), you start winning again. And those wins accumulate. And then one day, you don’t question yourself the same way anymore. You decide… and you follow through. Even when you don’t feel like it. Because now it’s not about motivation or discipline, but you are acting from your identity. You are someone who does what they say. So today, here are the questions to ask yourself: “What is one promise I can make to myself and actually keep?”“What is my minimum, the version of me that shows up no matter what?”“And how can I prove to myself, today, that I’ve got my own back?” Your sparkled-up life is becoming a reality, especially when you become someone you can rely on. episode Traditions and Repetitions - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 78/90 cover

Traditions and Repetitions - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 78/90

When we talk about living intentionally, we often imagine being conscious of every choice, habit, meal and conversation. And at the beginning, that’s exactly what growth requires. You must pay attention to every moment so that you can interrupt old patterns and question your routines. You are with that answering the question of “Is this really how I want to live?” But that isn’t the destination you are reaching; it is a transition. Because once you’ve built a life that reflects your values... You don’t need to question every decision forever. You let those choices become part of you. A morning routine that energises you. A breakfast that supports your health. A walk that clears your mind. A bedtime that helps you wake up feeling rested. Not because you’re living on autopilot. But because you consciously designed your autopilot. And there’s a big difference. One is inherited. The other is intentionally created - fitted to you personally in this moment in time in your life. Habits aren’t the enemy. Unexamined habits are. The goal was never to make every moment require effort. The goal was to make the right things effortless. To free your attention for the moments that truly deserve it. Your energy is limited. Every unnecessary decision quietly takes something from you. Every supportive routine quietly gives something back. And perhaps that’s what traditions really are. Not rigid rules. But thoughtful choices you’ve repeated often enough that they now support you without asking for your attention. Until one day, life changes. Your priorities shift. Your needs evolve. And that’s when you return to awareness. Not because your system failed. But because you’ve grown beyond it. So today, here are a few questions for you: “Which routines truly support the life I want to live?”“What decisions could I make once instead of every day?”“And which habits have become so intentional that they now quietly carry me forward?” Because living intentionally it´s about making the right decisions often enough that they become the foundation of your life. episode Proof - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 77/90 cover

Proof - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 77/90

Our minds are constantly searching for evidence and proof that we’re succeeding (or falling behind). We search for proof that people can be trusted or that they can’t. The remarkable thing is... We’ll usually find whatever we’re looking for. If you’re convinced you’re failing, your mind will collect every mistake as proof. If you’re convinced you’re growing, you will begin to notice every small step forward. Reality has not changed, but your attention has. This doesn’t mean pretending everything is perfect or that you need to be ignoring problems or forcing yourself to be positive. It means being honest enough to see the whole picture. To see the challenges and the progress. The setbacks and the victories. Many of us have become experts at measuring what still needs fixing. We notice what we didn’t finish. The habits we missed. The goals we haven’t reached yet. But we rarely give the same attention to what we’ve already accomplished. Even if those are big things, such as the promises we kept, the courage we showed. We handled the conversations better than we would have a year ago. Over time, that imbalance shapes the story we tell ourselves. A story of constant lack. Truth is often much more balanced than we admit to ourselves. Perhaps you’re more resilient than you realise, or you’ve already changed in ways you’ve stopped noticing. Perhaps the life you’re building is quietly taking shape... One decision at a time. That’s why the evidence you collect matters. The stories you repeat become the beliefs you carry. The beliefs you carry shape the choices you make. So today, don’t ask: “What’s still wrong?” And instead ask: “What proof do I already have that I’m growing?”“What am I overlooking because it has become normal?”“And if someone else looked at my life today, what progress would they notice that I keep forgetting?” Because your future isn’t shaped only by what you believe. It’s also shaped by the evidence you choose to collect. With love, Anja ✨ This is a public episode. episode Beginnings - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 76/90 cover

Beginnings - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 76/90

New beginnings are exciting. May it be a new relationship or a new job. A new city or a new chapter you’ve been waiting for. They fill us with hope. Knowing that we have possibilities, that we are building momentum, and that we get the feeling that life is opening another door. That’s beautiful. Every beginning comes with something else, too. Uncertainty. Every new opportunity brings not only what you’ve been hoping for... It also brings challenges you haven’t met yet. The new job comes with new responsibilities. The new relationship comes with difficult conversations. The new routine asks for consistency. The new dream asks you to become someone capable of living it. That’s why the beginning can feel so confusing. We’re excited. And nervous. Confident. And doubtful. Hopeful. And uncertain. Both feelings belong and are true. Perhaps the biggest mistake we make is expecting new beginnings to solve everything. We imagine that once we arrive... Life will finally feel complete. Only to discover that every new chapter has its own imperfections and compromises. Even its own lessons. That’s exactly how it’s meant to be. Intentional living isn’t about finding the perfect opportunity. It’s about choosing opportunities whose challenges are worth embracing, because they help you grow into the person you want to become. When you stop expecting perfection... You stop feeling disappointed when reality appears, and instead, you become curious. You ask: “What is this chapter here to teach me?” or“What strengths will it ask me to develop?” or even “What parts of myself will I get to discover?” Every beginning changes you. Not only through what happens, but also through who you become while living it. So today, “What opportunities does a new beginning create?”“What challenges are you willing to embrace?”“And how can you enter this next chapter with both excitement and open eyes?” Because the most beautiful beginnings aren’t the ones without uncertainty. They’re the ones you choose wholeheartedly... Knowing that growth and imperfection will walk beside you. With love,Anja ✨ This is a public episode. episode Discernment - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 75/90 cover

Discernment - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 75/90

We live in a world full of opinions. It´s written in the books; it's spoken of in podcasts by experts. Friends and family have them. Everyone has a perspective on how life should be lived. Every person has something they can teach us. A different experience. A different way of thinking. A lesson we may never have discovered on our own. But listening is only the first step. The second is discernment. Not every good piece of advice is good for you. An approach that transformed someone else’s life may not fit your values, circumstances, personality, or the season of life you’re in right now. That’s okay. Advice isn’t meant to replace your judgment. It’s meant to strengthen it. That’s why context matters so much. The best financial advice may come from one person. The best relationship advice from someone else. The best career advice from another. No single person has every answer. Just as no single solution fits every life. Perhaps that’s why self-awareness is so important. The better you know yourself... The easier it becomes to recognise what aligns and what deserves further exploration. And what you can simply appreciate without adopting. Growth isn’t about copying someone else’s life; it’s about building your own. And sometimes that means trying advice that doesn’t work and learning something valuable about yourself and discovering what fits and what doesn’t. Your answers will continue to evolve. The advice that serves you today may no longer serve you a few years from now. Just as a book that once changed your life might feel irrelevant right now, because you’ve grown. So reflect on this, here are your questions: “What resonates with the life I’m trying to build?”“What have I learned about myself through experience?”“And how can I stay open to new perspectives without losing trust in my own judgment?” Wisdom isn’t found in following every voice. It’s found in listening carefully and then choosing your own path. With love,Anja ✨ This is a public episode. episode Progress - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 74/90 cover

Progress - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 74/90

We’re often so focused on what’s next. The next goal, the next habit and the next challenge. While that keeps us moving... It also makes our progress surprisingly easy to miss. Growth rarely feels dramatic while you’re living it. You don’t notice the healthier choices becoming normal. The difficult conversations are becoming easier. The confidence is growing in the background. You simply keep moving. Until one day, you pause long enough to look back. And at that moment, suddenly... You realise you’re not standing where you started. Maybe you’ve built healthier routines or become clearer about your career. Maybe you’ve strengthened your relationships or learned something new. Or maybe you’ve simply handled life’s challenges with a little more grace than you would have a few months ago. None of those changes happened overnight. They made one decision at a time. And perhaps that’s why regular check-ins matter so much. Not because you need to judge yourself, but rather because you deserve to witness your own growth. To acknowledge what is working. To celebrate the habits you’ve kept. To recognize the resilience you’ve built. And just as importantly... To notice what still wants your attention. Reflection isn’t only about celebrating success. It’s also about gently asking: “What’s next?” Not from a place of dissatisfaction, but from curiosity. What area of my life feels alive? What area has quietly been neglected? Where do I want to invest my energy over the next few weeks? A meaningful life isn’t created by constantly chasing the next milestone. It’s created by pausing often enough to appreciate the journey you’re already on. So today, ask: “Where was I three months ago?”“What am I proud of that I haven’t acknowledged yet?”“And what is the next small area of my life I’d love to help sparkle a little brighter?” Because your life becomes meaningful through the progress you make, but you really need to learn to recognise it.
