Justice For Belle - A Mothers Story With Caitlin Robertson

Justice For Belle | A Mother's Story with Caitlin Robertson Welcome to Justice For Belle. I'm Caitlin Robertson, a mother sharing the heartbreaking story of losing my beautiful baby daughter, Belle, due to negligence. This channel is dedicated to honouring Belle's memory, raising awareness, and fighting for justice. Through honest conversations, personal updates, and my journey through grief and the legal process, I hope to shine a light on the importance of accountability and change. My mission is to give Belle a voice, support other families who have experienced unimaginable loss, and advocate for safer care so that no other parent has to endure the pain of losing a child because of preventable mistakes. Thank you for being here, for listening to Belle's story, and for standing with us in the fight for truth, justice, and lasting change. For Belle. Always. 💜

Kyle Zybilowicz - Butchered By A Killer - A Mothers Story With Allison Taylor

A Mothers Story With Allison Taylor. A man who murdered an NHS worker with a knife and scissors at a tower block in Glasgow has been jailed for eight years. Darren McDade admitted causing the death of Kyle Zybilowicz, 29, at the victim's flat in Dumbreck Court on 22 July, 2023. A trial heard McDade, 34, went to a "Herculean effort" to avoid being caught for the killing, including hiding the weapon and burning his clothes. McDade had been on trial for murder at the High Court in Glasgow, but was convicted of a lesser charge of culpable homicide while acting under provocation. McDade said he had feared for his own life after Mr Zybilowicz forced himself on him, bit him hard on the finger and attempted to grab the scissors. McDade said he got to them first before striking Mr Zybilowicz, although he did not know how many times he struck him.
