In which our intrepid travellers, faced with the perilous task of lightening their balloon, bravely forsake much of their apparatus to ensure their continued journey through the African wilderness. As night falls and fatigue takes hold, a sudden forest fire rapidly encircles them, forcing a desperate ascent into the fiery sky amidst the eerie cries of the natives.
