He faces charges of felony theft and forgery after allegedly stealing over $64,000 in league funds, leaving the youth baseball organization with a balance of just $4. Christopher Cayce, a 34-year-old Houston man, was arrested and charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault after filming himself driving around and shooting homeless and disabled individuals with a high-powered, motorized water gun.
