So, this episode is a little different. Sometimes you have to put fighting for the fate of the world on hold, throw on your finest bikini, let your jugs bounce around, and head to the beach. Heroes get tired too, you know? With that being said, we have a fun conversation about the movies currently in theaters and the role nostalgia plays in modern filmmaking. Is nostalgia just a playground for Gen X and Boomers, or do Millennials get to join in on the fun too? We also take a look back at what was playing in theaters and what was hitting DVD shelves in June 2005. It's a laidback episode that we had a blast recording, and we hope you enjoy listening to it. Observe this... also Report this (I'm pointing down at my crotch btw) Today we go back to the beautiful year of 2009. The economy was great, there were no issues even a little bit! Seth Rogan was a king among men as far as I know. I was fresh eyed, and ready for the world to beat me down, and as this movie demonstrates. NOTHING BAD WAS HAPPENING AT THIS TIME!!! You're supposed to take this movie at face value. It's just a regular dumb comedy. Sit down and freaking laugh. Also I mess up the beginning and I mispell Justic. I know how to spell Justic. Don't tell me about how to spell Justic. Ok love you guys see you later.

TOTC Proudly Presents: SLC Punk! (Episode 21)

Is this coming out on a thursday instead of a wednesday? Obviously, it wouldnt be punk for it to come out on our normal day. Oh yeah we're punk now. I flip cops off underneath a table so they cant see me, but they know I'm doing it and they're pissed about it. They know it's not technically illegal meaning there's nothing they can do about it. Yeah... I'm kind of a badass. Thats why we decided SLC Punk! was the perfect movie to talk about. A movie about how being punk is the coolest thing you can do, and there's no underlying message that might actually critisize the punk lifestyle. If you think there's something like that in this movie? guess what, youre a damn poser. Also if you don't listen to this episdode and enjoy it as well as comment on it wherever podcasts are found?? You're also a poser. So don't be a poser and listen to this already!!!! Anarchy forever or whatever!!!

Look after the last episode we needed a more chill movie alright? we also needed less girl stuff. So we chose a movie where theres maybe at most 3 women (Robert Altman, 1977 great movie.
