Beskrivelse

As you go throughout the week reflect on these takeaways: - Earthly poverty does not equal spiritual poverty. Jesus sees beyond our temporal circumstances to our eternal riches in Him. When we face affliction, we must remember that we are wealthy in the things that truly matter—our inheritance in Christ and the immeasurable greatness of His power toward us who believe. - Suffering is inevitable but temporary; God's promises are eternal. All Christians will experience persecution and suffering in some form, but it has an expiration date. Our call is to be "faithful to the point of death" knowing that the Crown of Life awaits those who endure. As Romans 8:18 reminds us, "the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us." - Secure your eternal crown through Faith, Fortitude, Focus, and Forgiveness. We need conviction about God's promises, mental and emotional strength to endure, minds set on eternal realities rather than temporal circumstances, and hearts willing to forgive those who persecute us. These four pillars help us remain steadfast and immovable in our faith.

episode The Church that Tolerates Jezebel cover

The Church that Tolerates Jezebel

As you go throughout the week reflect on these takeaways: - Toleration of sin weakens the church. The spirit of Jezebel is strengthened when confrontation is replaced by toleration. Biblical love doesn't ignore sin; it addresses it with truth and grace, calling people to repentance. - Quality over quantity matters to Jesus. God isn't impressed by membership numbers but by faithful servants who demonstrate genuine love, service, and endurance. Small incremental steps for His glory matter more than impressive statistics. - Jesus still offers grace to repent. Even after listing seven deplorable characteristics of the Jezebel spirit, Jesus still extended the opportunity to repent. No matter how far we've strayed, His grace is available when we turn back to Him.

episode When the Church Compromises cover

When the Church Compromises

As you go throughout the week reflect on these takeaways: - Christ won't compete with noise you refuse to silence or idols you refuse to remove. Jesus must not be one name on a list—He must be the list itself. - The enemy's greatest strategy is getting you off course through relationships or philosophies that distort truth. Beware of spiritual Trojan horses: spiritual humanism disguised as Christianity, Christian nationalism that places politics above Scripture, and syncretism that confuses exclusivity with supremacy. - Jesus sees where you live and knows your struggles. Even if you're in proximity to demonic activity or surrounded by compromise, He calls you to hold fast, repent where needed, and conquer through Him. To those who overcome, He promises hidden manna, a white stone, and a new name.
