We’ve done the breathwork. We’ve tried slowing down. And still… we find ourselves overwhelmed, reacting, or checked out in the middle of motherhood. In this episode, we go deeper into embodiment. How our nervous system supports us through overwhelm, and why “just being present” isn’t always accessible.
