Matt and Brett comment on the developments of the week, which broke in the favor of Republicans. The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the administration’s authority to enforce immigration law, the situation in Iran seems closer to resolution, and Socialists are taking over the Democratic Party, at least in New York. They also talk to Dr. Bob McClure, head of the James Madison Institute, about the great progress being made in red states like Florida and Texas. They discuss the similarities between socialism on the Left and populism on the Right, and the dangers conservatives should be wary of.

This week the big news is that the US is co-hosting the FIFA World Cup in with Mexico and Canada and recent polling shows that Trump’s approval is slipping. Additionally, Matt and Brett will be looking some more at how the Midterms are shaping up decently for Republicans, and how the Senate Primaries are uniquely interesting this year. Pollster's sentiment is not encouraging for voter turnout prospects this election cycle, so it’ll be interesting to see how will Republicans rally the base.
