This week’s episode is a little different! Due to some technical difficulties, the second half of our original episode (you know…the part where we actually talked about the movie we watched…) didn’t save, so we’re switching things up with a “what we’ve been watching lately — romance edition”, instead of our usual movie review. Love Island is still consuming our every waking thought, and we HAVE to talk about the Love Island USA Season 8 Movie Night. We went into Voicemails for Isabelle with medium expectations, and were pleasantly surprised by how much we loved it! This RomCom had heart, humor, and a hot, steamy make-out -- a simple formula that for some reason, has been hard for writers to nail lately!Before we dive into the movie, we briefly discuss the Icebreaker announcement -- another hockey romance that has been picked up by Netflix for an adaptation.
