If you’re dealing with age spots or hyperpigmentation, this is for you. In this video, I’ll show you how to get rid of dark spots naturally for a healthy, glowing, even complexion. This remedy also works for hyperpigmentation prevention! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: How to get rid of hyperpigmentation 1:01 Causes of hyperpigmentation 2:44 Vitamin D and melanin 4:40 How to get rid of dark spots 5:30 Quick fix for uneven skin tone Autoimmune Disease and Vitamin D: ▶️    • Why Can't I Talk About This? Today, I’m going to show you how to get rid of hyperpigmentation. Bleaching agents can eliminate dark spots, but they destroy the cells that make melanin. Dark spots are often blamed on the sun, and they can become more problematic as we age. Melanocytes are cells that make the pigment melanin in your skin. These cells are affected by oxidation. To fix hyperpigmentation, focus on antioxidation from antioxidants. Adequate vitamin D will protect you against the overproduction of melanin, preventing dark spots from forming. If you’re avoiding the sun and using sunscreen, you will be low in vitamin D! Work on increasing vitamin D levels by consuming 10,000 to 20,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily. Build antioxidant networks in the body by consuming high-quality protein such as fish, meat, and eggs. Trace minerals, including zinc, copper, and iodine, are vital. B vitamins, vitamin C, and vitamin E are also essential. If you want a quick fix to remove uneven skin tone, use grass-fed organic plain unsweetened yogurt. Rub it into the skin and leave it on for 5 minutes before rinsing off. Add this step to your skincare routine once per week to help get rid of dark spots. Yogurt contains lactic acid at a gentle concentration that dissolves the bonds between dead skin cells that have darkened in pigment. It also provides probiotics to support the skin’s microbiome. If hyperpigmentation is severe, add a pinch of turmeric to the yogurt before applying it to your skin. Why Can't I Discuss This?

Did you know there are forbidden topics on YouTube? Find out about the connection between high amounts of vitamin D and autoimmune diseases, as well as some of the other topics I can’t talk about on YouTube! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: Autoimmune disease 1:24 High doses of vitamin D and autoimmune diseases 2:02 Dr. Bruce Hollis on the benefits of vitamin D 2:38 Autoimmune disease in the United States 3:41 Celiac disease and genetics 4:58 Vaccines and autoimmunity Dr. Bruce Hollis Full Interview:    • Your Body Is BEGGING for Vitamin D!! Today, I’m going to share some fascinating data on autoimmune diseases. First, let’s examine some before-and-after images of people who used high doses of vitamin D for autoimmune diseases. Dr. Bruce Hollis explains that there are many studies on the positive benefits of vitamin D, but many of them have been discarded and are not included in the literature. If many people with autoimmune diseases see their problem go into remission with vitamin D, does this mean the conditions are related to vitamin D deficiency? There has been a massive spike in autoimmune diseases; they now surpass cancer and heart disease. It is currently our top health problem. Could the cause be related to glyphosate or genetics? Let’s take a look. Autoimmune disease occurs when the immune system attacks one's own tissues, creating inflammation. Specific genes can make us more susceptible to autoimmune diseases, but because of heightened immune surveillance, they also have protective factors against viruses and parasites. “Vaccines and Autoimmunity” presents data about specific vaccines and the autoimmune diseases they might trigger. For example, the vaccine for Lyme disease can trigger arthritis in hamsters genetically susceptible to arthritis. In 1950, 5 vaccines were given to children. Today, children receive over 30 vaccines. The CDC recommends 69 doses of 16 vaccines from birth to age 18 months. Could these vaccines overstimulate an already fragile immune system? Is it possible to overdo it? If you have to take a vaccine, taking vitamin D could be a good idea to add some protection. One vaping device can deliver the equivalent of hundreds of cigarette puffs. Many people don’t realize that the average vaping device contains about 650 mg of nicotine, making nicotine addiction easy to develop. Flavorings used in vapes were never intended to be inhaled. When you vape, the aerosol enters your lungs and bloodstream, exposing your body to nicotine and other toxic compounds. Every time you use a vape, your nicotine receptors become desensitized, increasing your craving for more nicotine over time. Nicotine is also a stimulant that constricts blood vessels, promotes inflammation, and can lead to chemical dependence. One of the most common vaping myths is that vapes only contain water vapor. In reality, many vaping products contain solvents, glycerin, synthetic flavorings, formaldehyde, and other toxic byproducts in addition to nicotine. What Walking 7000 Steps Daily Actually Does for Your Body

Did you know that your morning walk can lengthen your life? In this video, we’ll cover the fascinating health benefits of walking. From decreased anxiety and depression to improved digestion, learn more about the benefits of walking every day! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: Walking benefits 0:10 Health effects of walking 0:40 Health benefits of walking for blood sugar 1:10 More benefits of walking 2:25 Research on walking benefits 3:23 Stress relief tips while walking 4:16 Dr. Gilles Lamarche on sprinting 5:36 Hypoxia training 6:20 Walking mistakes Research has shown that taking fewer than 2,000 steps daily increases disease rates. Anything over 4500 steps shows cardiovascular benefits, and taking more than 7000 steps daily significantly improves your health, including longevity. Walking after a meal can help eliminate any extra sugar you consume. If you wake up with high blood glucose, a morning walk can help lower it and prevent it from being converted into fat. Walking activates your muscles and can improve mood issues like depression. It lowers high blood pressure and can boost weight loss, especially visceral fat loss. Walking while fasting can significantly improve fasting benefits. Walking briskly and walking uphill enhances the benefits of walking. A 2017 Japanese study found that 3 minutes of fast-paced walking followed by 3 minutes of regular walking significantly affected blood pressure levels and leg strength. Repeating this cycle 5 times was more beneficial than 1.5 to 2 hours of walking. For more walking benefits, try backward walking! It strengthens the knees, ankles, and hips. Nasal breathing while walking can increase CO2, which makes oxygen more efficient in your blood. Walking can reduce cortisol naturally, helping to relieve stress. Leave your phone and music at home, and focus on the sights, sounds, and smells during your walk. Another way to increase the benefits of walking is with hypoxia training. To do this, inhale for 3 steps and exhale for 4 steps. You can also try holding your breath for 5 to 10 seconds, every few minutes. Hypoxia training can trigger genes that can strengthen your body, decrease inflammation, and improve recovery. Avoid the following mistakes while walking: •Leaning too far forward •Wearing uncomfortable shoes •Poor timing •Overtraining Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting.
