Kuvaus

Mississippi State drops Game 2 in College Station, falling 11-9 to No. 10 Texas A&M. The Bulldogs led 5-4 heading into the third before the Aggies erupted for four runs on two home runs to take control. Noah Sullivan kept Mississippi State in it with three hits, two home runs, and three RBIs, and Reed Stallman and Ryder Woodson also went deep. But it wasn't enough as Texas A&M held off a ninth-inning rally to take the series. Game 3 is tomorrow. Watch the full video version exclusively by becoming a member at State1878.com.

Postgame Reactions: Diamond Dawgs roll past Lipscomb as Duke Stone dominates in regional opener

Charlie Winfield and Bart Gregory recap Mississippi State's dominant 10-1 win over Lipscomb on Friday, May 29, 2026. Duke Stone was the story — six innings, three hits, no runs, no walks, and 10 strikeouts against a Lipscomb lineup that simply had no answer for his breaking ball. In two starts against the Bisons this season, Stone has now thrown 10 innings, allowed three hits, zero runs, and struck out 16. The offense backed him up in a big way with 10 runs on 10 hits, including a five-run seventh inning that blew it open. Vytas Valincius led the way going 3-for-4 with two RBIs and two doubles. Jacob Parker homered and drove in three. Gehrig Frei went deep for his 10th home run of the season on a 431-foot shot in the eighth. Just four strikeouts for the offense — this lineup is hitting its stride at exactly the right time. The Diamond Dawgs move into the winner's bracket and face the winner of Cincinnati and Louisiana on Saturday night at 8 p.m. Watch the full video version exclusively by becoming a member at State1878.com.
