Carnival Queen Pageant Rules to Be Revised After Historic Tie

Following the unprecedented crowning of two National Carnival Queens, the Carnival Planning and Management Committee will review the pageant's rules ahead of next year's competition. The 2026 Lucian Carnival celebrations came to a vibrant close as 15 carnival bands, including five junior bands, paraded through the streets of Castries.
