In the first hour of Next Man Up Cory Curtis joined Jake Lyman in studio after his trip to Chicago to go watch the Cubs. The guys then talked about the best MLB Ballparks they have been to. Later in the hour the guys talked about Cam Ward's  Up & Down performance at Titans OTA's. In the second hour of Next Man Up with Jake Lyman, the guys talked more about the progressing news on Brenden Sorsby. Later in the hour the guys talked about the Big 12 Athletic Director conference that took place regarding Texas Tech and the Brenden Sorsby gambling issue, and what possible consequences the Big 12 can impose on Texas Tech. In the final hour of Next Man Up with Jake Lyman, the guys talked about the recent Titans OTAs, and if they are capable of taking a step forward this season. Later in the hour the guys talked about the World Cup starting on Friday for the USMNT. The guys finished the show by talking about the NBA Finals.

In the first hour of Next Man Up with Jake Lyman, Nick Frazier joined Jake Lyman in studio. The guys talked briefly about Game 3 of the NBA Finals, and Jermaine Johnsons' first appearance in Titans OTA's, and the push for the Titans to improve on the defensive side of the ball this season. The guys also talked about the College World Series matchups in Omaha and who could potentially win the whole tournament.   In the second hour of Next Man Up with Jake Lyman, the guys talked about the story that is circling the internet right now. Brenden Sorsbys' granted injunction from the Court in Lubbock Texas, as other college teams angry so much so that no teams want to play Texas Tech as long as Brenden Sorsby is at Quarter Back, Even teams in their own conference don't want to play Texas Tech in football. Later in the hour the guys talked about a potential dark horse that can possibly make a run in the College Football Playoffs. In the final hour of Next Man Up with Jake Lyman, the guys talked about Titans Wide Receiver Calvin Ridley and the rest of the WR Core. Later in the show Nick Frazier talked about his expectations on the USMNT in the FIFA World Cup. The guys also talked about Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs between the Hurricanes and the Golden Knights.
