I want to ask you a question. And I want you to sit with it rather than answer it quickly. Think about the most capable leader in your organisation. Not the most senior. The most capable. If they handed in their notice tomorrow — what would actually be lost? Not their job. Their job gets covered. Someone steps in. The work continues. I'm asking about something underneath the work. Something that probably doesn't have a name yet.
