Josh talks about how mentorship from a basketball coach when he was a senior in high school helped change the trajectory of his life. Josh created Tactical Ethos to bridge the gap between desire and action and acts a team member to the family to help engage and re-connect their son. Josh also speaks about how each session ends with the boy teaching Josh about his own passion which, Josh has found, to be a great confidence and trust builder for the kids he works with.
