Nancy was annoyed that she had to drive behind someone going 30mph in a 40mph zone. She wants to at least go the speed limit, if not faster!  In honor of Father’s Day, we shared some of our favorite “dad” quotes from our dads and from listeners’ dads.   Hot Tea: Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO have both spoken out about their divorce. Jelly said that he and Bunnie are still great friends, and there was no cheating going on. Bunnie explained what happened in their relationship, said Jelly is already dating, and they are still going to have a baby together.   We did a contest called “My Daddy’s So Country...” where people called in to tell stories about their country dads. The winner got four tickets to Dollywood’s Splash Country for Water Safety Day!  Nancy Facetimed Karly while babysitting her grandson last night. Karly gave an impersonation of Nancy talking to her as if she was the baby.   Lucky 7 for $50 to The Diner at Twister’s  We played the telephone game, where we our dads and repeated whatever the other person told us to. It went south QUICKLY.  Less than a week after being accused of cheating someone on Facebook Marketplace, Nancy became the accuser. She accused a woman of scamming her because she kept having to change the meeting time. Joey washed his bed sheet yesterday, but he was too tired to get them out of the dryer, so he slept on the mattress pad.   Nancy tricked her son Ben into doing housework by saying she would let him go to baseball camp in Texas if he finished all the work. He didn’t know that she had already signed him up and booked the trip, regardless of the housework.   Hot Tea: Dolly’s Tennessee Travel Stop will officially open on June 24th and have activities going on for a full week after that. Luke Combs sent a signed vinyl to an elementary school class after finding out they are big fans. Scottish visitors in Boston for the World Cup have basically drunk all the beer in the city.   We did a contest called “My Daddy’s So Country...” where people called in to tell stories about their country dads. Joey mowed his lawn last night and found a piece of mulch in his hair when he went to bed. Nancy then peppered him with questions about his showering habits.   Several players on a high school lacrosse team were suspended after posting a picture of them holding cigars. Their moms tried to cover for them, saying the cigars were made of herbs and not the normal ingredients. That story did not work, and the students can’t play in the upcoming championship game.   Hot Tea: Jelly Roll’s daughter posted online and basically told people to mind their own business when it comes to Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO’s divorce. Did the mayor of New York confirm that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are getting married in New York?
