A short day in court on Wednesday so there was only time to hear from two witnesses but the jury leaned a lot more about the man charged with orchestrating the 1996 drive-by shooting of Tupac Shakur. Some tense moments in a Las Vegas courtroom on Tuesday as a former gang member took the stand at the trial of Duane "Keefe D" Davis. James Macdonald made it very clear that he didn’t want to be there because even though he doesn’t like Keefe D he doesn’t want to be responsible for sending him to prison. Macdonald was one of eight witnesses called by the prosecution on the second day of testimony including a Clark county medical examiner, a first responder and Reggie Wright Jr. who was the head of Death Row security.
