What’s Saving My Life

Time to shake it up a bit! I (Katie) am trying out a practice that some other podcasters do of sharing what is "saving my life" in this season. This is typically done quarterly (like summer, fall, winter, spring), but I will be doing this for this season of life before I have my second baby and become SAHM to two!  This is a practice of slowing down and noticing what's really working for you right now and naming it specifically.
