012 Living with the Invisible: Autoimmune Disease and the Quiet Battle

Lately, it has become clear to me just how invisible an autoimmune disease can be. In this episode, we step into the emotions and experiences that don’t show on the outside—the raw, honest reality of living with something unseen. For ten years, I moved through a newly discovered health condition, quietly longing for someone who could truly understand what I was carrying. Instead, it became one of the deepest and most private parts of my life. Rather than bringing my pain into every space I entered, I offered up the joy I could manage—carefully protecting others from the weight of my isolation while I carried it alone. Now, I spend most of my days genuinely experiencing joy and feeling immersed in what I believe is God’s calling on my life. And yet, that doesn’t mean the old patterns are gone. Some days still feel heavy. Some days bring me back to my deepest fears and the sadness I once knew so well. This episode is about all of it—the healing, the setbacks, and the truth that both can exist at the same time.

011 Urban Planning Meets Blindness | Good Morning America | Evan Buck

In this episode, we introduce one of Evan’s biggest life accomplishments—graduating from grad school! As a master’s graduate in urban and environmental planning, Evan discusses the intricacies of his career. He dives into his life before attending Arizona State University and how one single class as an undergrad led him to making one of the biggest decisions of his life. Moving across the country was a decision made easy when city living was always the dream. Culdesac Tempe led both of us to not only each other, but also a new perspective on life. Do you really need a car? Dive into this podcast and learn what we think! We take my latest segment with Culdesac Tempe and Good Morning America and discuss some of the most interesting hot takes from the comments. Enjoy! And as always, have a good day on purpose.

010 Moved Across the Country to Find Purpose but Found Purpose in Love Instead

Love finds you in the wildest ways. Here is our love story!  In this episode, I share how we each traveled 2,000 miles away from home to find ourselves and build a new life… but ended up finding each other instead. From driving the same roads across the country, both single, to building something truly meaningful together. I talk about what it looks like to chase your dreams while trusting that God is working in the smallest, most unexpected details. From the early sparks to the steady foundation we have built, this is a story about timing, purpose, and the kind of love that grows when you lean into where you are being led. Now, as we step into a new season and celebrate the closing of Evan’s college chapter, we reflect on everything that brought us here—and everything still ahead.

009 The Rest of Your Life Awaits the Redirection You Keep Avoiding

In this episode, we talk about identity, growth, and the hard truth about staying stuck. So often, life shifts in ways we didn’t plan, and instead of embracing the redirection, we resist it. We hold onto what is familiar. Even when it’s no longer where we are meant to be. This conversation is a reminder that the rest of your life may be waiting on the very change you’ve been avoiding. Through faith, surrender, and a willingness to grow, even the hardest seasons can shape us into who we were always meant to become. If you’ve been feeling stagnant, uncertain, or stuck between who you were and who you’re becoming, this episode is for you. There is purpose in the redirection, freedom in letting go, and growth on the other side of obedience.

008 There Are Dreams I Refuse to Take to the Grave With Me

Turning 26 feels like standing at the intersection of who I’ve been and who I am becoming. In this episode, I am sharing some real-life updates, reflecting on the lessons this season has brought, and talking about what it means to keep chasing dreams I have truly never been able to let go of. Life doesn’t always unfold on the timeline we imagine, but sometimes the dreams that stay with us the longest are the ones worth pursuing the most. This episode is about growth, faith, courage, and the quiet determination to keep moving forward even if you don't have it all figured out.  If you are in a season of figuring things out, holding onto something you believe in, or learning to trust the journey, then this conversation is for you.
