But he’s keeping an order that would block the IRS from investigating Trump, his family and his businesses for existing tax violations. • Trump's winning streak in Republican primaries screeches to a halt, as his candidate fell to a novice in the Iowa Republican primary for governor. California is slowly counting the votes in its gubernatorial contest, with early results showing Republican Steve Hilton and Democrat Xavier Becerra at the top. • Several buildings in downtown Bakersfield, Calif., are on lockdown due to an active bomb threat and hostage situation at a Chase Bank. An unidentified man entered the bank and is currently "barricaded" with an unknown number of people. Two hostages have been released and everyone else remains safe. Negotiations with the suspect remain ongoing. • Eleven officers were injured in a riot in southern England as protesters raged over 18-year-old Henry Nowak. Nowak, a university student, was stabbed 5 times by Vickrum Digwa last December after an argument in the city of Southampton. Police body-cam video shows officers handcuffing Nowak as he lay dying. He can be heard telling them that he had been stabbed, but they didn't believe him, and continued forcing him into handcuffs as he pleaded that he was unable to breathe. Digwa claimed he was the victim of racist abuse that led to the deadly encounter, though the court determined that he had lied and sent him to prison for life.
