Realizing those inexplicable 'urges' to touch my nose weren't organic to me (there was no reason for me to have such an itch), then me, pro-actively resisting the urge, by not touching my nose, are the confirmations I need to understand that not all energy around me is good. Calling out those who choose to throw stones, then hide hands, energetically, helps us all understand that it's trespassing, and that won't do. Wagering proves malicious intent to trespass. the double depletion of substance abuse

If I could travel back in time a few years, while married to a person with a substance abuse disorder, I would tell myself to spend less than I earn, and to at the very least, add dosh to the piggy bank each and every pay period. Each type of abuse has a double impact, the physical degradation and the depletion of resources. The only way forward is to exert control of self in all aspects of your mind, body and spirit realms. teach yourself what you already know and learn something new

When the world sees you as the success you see in yourself, say, in one expertise, go on and teach yourself something new, just by using what you already know. Ignore the emotional smoke screens sent by the haters who wish to corral you in life, just so they can distract you while they jump in and live your destined life. Their diabolic, thieving actions will never succeed, but they won't stop hating, either - that's their expertise. Level up that new second skill vs the first, as it doubles your spiritual protection against the haters. Then, have a look in the mirror at all that is good - and smile. From my experience, the 'traditional' method to teach music isn't best suited for me, and I'm sure that's a shared sentiment with other music students. The truth is those instructors who lean into 'the way it's always been done' are merely masking their inadequacies as performers (in this case).
