Think about it this way: habits remove the need for constant decision-making. Instead of relying on willpower, which can fluctuate depending on mood or energy, habits create structure and consistency. They turn effort into routine. This is why someone who exercises regularly doesn’t debate whether to work out, they simply do it. The habit carries them forward, even on days when motivation is low. What makes habits truly powerful is their cumulative effect. Small improvements, repeated consistently, lead to remarkable transformation over time. Reading a few pages a day can turn into dozens of books in a year. Saving a small amount regularly can grow into financial stability.  The beauty of habits is that they are within your control. You don’t need a dramatic life overhaul to create change. You just need to start small and stay consistent.
