Happy Friday, Happy Venus Day! In today, we discuss a beautiful way to close out our day by practicing a gratitude journaling that follows a 3-2-1 method. In today, we will write down . . .  3 Joyful Moments 2 Peaceful Moments 1 Moment of Love at the end of our day. And I hope this is something you continue even beyond today! 37. Awareness of Thoughts (Monday)

Good morning and happy Monday, happy Moon Day! Mondays are connected to the Moon and are the perfect day for contemplation, intention setting, and beginning the week with a slow and soft energy.  In today, we begin to build awareness of where we want to set our intention around the thoughts that we play in our heads. Are they positive? Negative? Worrisome? Judgmental? With this information, I encourage you to set your intention based on what you want to do about this. Do you want to encourage less worrisome thinking? Do you want to shift your thoughts patterns?
