Descripción

I just wrapped my third program launch since restarting my business in late 2025 and I have a lot to say about it. Not the highlight reel version. The real version - what worked, what flopped, what surprised me, and the thing nobody talks about when they're teaching you how to launch your coaching business or grow your offers online. Here's what I've figured out after three launches in seven months: the strategy matters. And who you're being while you execute the strategy matters just as much. Your nervous system is either working for you or against you during a launch, and most people are white-knuckling their way through it without realizing there's another way. In this episode I'm sharing the three lessons that changed everything for me - as a business coach, as an entrepreneur, and as a human being who refused to burn herself down in the process of building something she loves. If you're a coach, healer, creative, or heart-driven entrepreneur who's launching an offer, growing a personal brand, or just trying to build a sustainable business without the hustle hangover — this one's for you. What You'll Take Away From This Episode * Why "just starting" is the most powerful business strategy nobody's actually using * What's really happening in the online business space right now and how to work with it instead of against it * The nervous system piece that most launch strategies completely ignore - and why it's costing you * What different launch strategies taught me about selling authentically in 2026 * Why trusting the process isn't just a mindset platitude - it's a practical business skill * How to release the pressure without releasing the momentum * What it actually looks like to grow a coaching business, launch your offers, and still feel like yourself at the end of it ---------- Ready to F**k Around &Get Paid? Listen to this before starting something new

Have you ever started something new and immediately felt overwhelmed? First, know this: just because your nervous system suddenly decides you're being chased by a tiger does not mean you have done anything wrong, that you haven't healed enough, and it's definitely not a sign to stop. It's usually a sign to GO. :) In this episode, I'm sharing what happened when I recently found myself in a full-blown spiral while stepping into a new season of growth. What started as excitement quickly turned into overwhelm, panic, comparison, and the familiar feeling that somehow everyone else had figured it out except me. The good news, of course, is that this is incredibly normal. When you step outside what's familiar -even when it's something you want - your nervous systems often interprets uncertainty as danger. That's why growth can feel exciting and terrifying at the exact same time. In this episode, we're talking about why that happens, what your nervous system is actually trying to do, and how to support yourself through the messy middle of expansion without making it mean you're failing. Inside this episode: ✨ Why starting something new can trigger overwhelm ✨ What happened when my own nervous system hit the panic button ✨ How "not enoughness" gets activated during growth ✨ Why comparison gets louder when you're expanding ✨ Practical ways to regulate your nervous system when you're spiraling ✨ Why joy isn't something you earn - it's a powerful tool for creating safety If you've been feeling overwhelmed, behind, or questioning yourself lately, this episode will help you understand what's really happening and how to move through it with more ease. Because every limitation is a chance to transcend into a new possibility! ---------- Ready to F**k Around &Get Paid? episode Manifest More by Doing Less artwork

Manifest More by Doing Less

What if manifestation has less to do with working harder, and more to do with how you feel while you build your business? In this episode of F**k Around and Get Paid, Jennifer Liss breaks down the powerful shift from chasing success to embodying the feeling you actually want first. Because most entrepreneurs are not really chasing money, clients, freedom, or success. They are chasing the feeling they believe those things will finally give them. The problem is that most people keep those feelings just out of reach by attaching them to future outcomes. This episode explores joy-first manifesting through the lens of entrepreneurship, nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, authentic business growth, and practical law of attraction principles inspired by Abraham Hicks. If you have been hustling, overworking, forcing results, or feeling emotionally exhausted while trying to grow your business, this episode will help you understand why creating from fullness attracts entirely different outcomes than creating from desperation. IN THIS EPISODE *  Why entrepreneurs are actually chasing feelings, not goals  *  The hidden pattern holding your business back *  Why joy is not the reward for success – it is the pathway to it  *  How law of attraction principles apply to business growth  *  Why your audience can feel your energy before they buy  *  How to create from safety, joy, and emotional fullness  THIS EPISODE IS FOR YOU IF: *  You are tired of hustling for results that never feel satisfying  *  You want more ease, alignment, and authenticity in your business  *  You are interested in manifestation, energetics, and nervous system work  *  You want to attract clients and opportunities without forcing everything  *  You are ready to stop postponing joy until “someday”  Because the life you want won't begin when you finally get the thing. It starts the moment you start feeling good. ---------- Ready to F**k Around &Get Paid? episode Why Being More YOU Is the Best Marketing Strategy artwork

Why Being More YOU Is the Best Marketing Strategy

What if the reason people buy from you has less to do with your offer, and everything to do with your energy? In this episode, I’m diving into the truth about authentic marketing, magnetic personal brands, and why authenticity sells harder than perfection ever will. After a weekend trip with my husband Joey to the biggest UFO festival in the world, I started thinking about what actually makes businesses memorable. And it’s rarely just the product itself. It’s the energy behind it. People can feel when someone genuinely loves what they do. They can feel enthusiasm, care, devotion, obsession, creativity, and genuine delight. And in a world saturated with offers, courses, coaching programs, and perfectly curated content, real energy stands out. In this episode, we explore: *  Why people buy energy, not just products or services  *  The connection between authenticity and magnetism in marketing  *  How enthusiasm creates trust and emotional connection  *  Why specificity and passion attract loyal clients  *  The energetic side of personal branding and visibility  *  How women entrepreneurs can stop watering themselves down online  *  Why your “weird” interests may actually be your greatest business advantage  *  The real reason some brands and businesses feel unforgettable  *  How to build a business that feels aligned, alive, and authentic  I also share: *  My emotional attachment to goat cheddar 😂  *  The business lesson hidden inside gourmet popcorn  *  What mystical UFO festival tarot candles can teach us about branding  This episode is for entrepreneurs, coaches, creatives, and multi-passionate humans who are tired of trying to sound polished and professional enough — and are ready to build a business rooted in authenticity, alignment, joy, and real human connection. Because at the end of the day: People don’t just buy your offer. They buy your energy. ---------- Ready to F**k Around &Get Paid? episode Sell the ice cream before it melts (because waiting is costing you money!) artwork

Sell the ice cream before it melts (because waiting is costing you money!)

Summer in Portland got me thinking about ice cream. And about the one thing that is costing you more revenue than almost anything else. In this episode I am introducing you to one of my favorite tools: the Sprinkle Stack. I recorded this literally right after a coaching call because that is exactly the point. When the energy is moving, you move with it. Here is what I see over and over with coaches, energy workers, and service providers. You have something genuinely extraordinary. A gift, a tool, a methodology you built through your own lived experience. And instead of sharing it, you decide it needs more. More credentials. More polish. More hot fudge. So you leave to go get it and by the time you come back, the ice cream has melted. You already know how good it is. You tasted it. And your people are out there right now looking for exactly what you have. They do not need it to be fancier. They need you to hand it to them. The gap between your idea and your execution is not a preparation problem. It is a worthiness problem. And that is exactly what we are getting into today. What you will hear in this episode: * What the Sprinkle Stack is and why closing the gap between idea and execution is the fastest path to more revenue * Why you keep leaving to get hot fudge you do not actually need * A real coaching conversation from this morning that shows what it looks like to move on your idea before you feel ready * Why the fact that you built your methodology on your own is not a weakness, it is the whole point * Why the universe does not hand you the idea to share something if it is not ready to be shared You are not waiting on more skills. You are waiting on permission. This episode is that permission. Go sell the ice cream. 🦄 ---------- Ready to F**k Around &Get Paid?
