Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/fan_mail/new] Today we are studying Acts Chapter 9. In this chapter, we witness one of the most powerful transformations in all of Scripture. Saul, a fierce persecutor of Christians, encounters Jesus on the road to Damascus and is completely changed. His life shifts from opposing Christ to boldly proclaiming Him. We also see Ananias obey God’s call to minister to Saul, and Peter continues to perform miracles through the power of Jesus. Acts 9:15 says, “But the Lord said to him, ‘Go, for this man is My chosen instrument to take My name to Gentiles, kings, and the Israelites.’” This chapter reminds us that no one is beyond the reach of God’s grace.  Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/support] We’re so grateful you chose to spend this time with us in God’s Word today. Acts Chapter 21 - Surrendered to God’s Will: Courage, Obedience, and Costly Faith

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/fan_mail/new] Today we are studying Acts Chapter 21. In this chapter, Paul continues his journey toward Jerusalem, even though he knows suffering may be waiting for him there. Along the way, believers warn him through the Spirit that hardship is ahead, and the prophet Agabus shows that Paul will be bound and handed over to the Gentiles. Yet Paul is willing not only to be bound, but even to die for the name of the Lord Jesus. Acts 21:13 says, “Then Paul replied, ‘What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound but also to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.’” This chapter reminds us that following Christ requires surrender, courage, and trust in the will of God, even when obedience becomes costly. Acts Chapter 20 - Faithful to the Finish: Serving, Shepherding, and Saying Goodbye

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/fan_mail/new] Today we are studying Acts Chapter 20. In this chapter, Paul continues his journey of ministry, encouragement, and farewell. He travels through Macedonia and Greece, strengthening the believers. In Troas, he teaches late into the night, and a young man named Eutychus falls from a window and is restored to life. Later, Paul meets with the elders from Ephesus and gives them a deeply emotional farewell message. He reminds them how he served the Lord with humility, tears, and trials. He tells them that he is going to Jerusalem, not knowing exactly what will happen, except that the Holy Spirit has warned him that chains and afflictions await him. Acts 20:24 says, “But I count my life of no value to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of God’s grace.” This chapter reminds us to serve faithfully, guard the church carefully, and finish the work God has given us. Acts Chapter 19 - The Word Prevails: Power, Repentance, and True Worship

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/fan_mail/new] Today we are studying Acts Chapter 19. In this chapter, Paul arrives in Ephesus and encounters disciples who had received John’s baptism but had not yet fully understood the work of the Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ. As Paul teaches, baptizes, and lays hands on them, the Holy Spirit comes upon them. Paul continues teaching boldly, and God performs extraordinary miracles through him. But this chapter also shows us the danger of using the name of Jesus without truly knowing Him. The sons of Sceva attempt to imitate spiritual authority, but they are overpowered. As a result, fear falls on many, believers confess their sins, and people burn books connected to sorcery. Acts 19:20 says, “In this way the Lord’s message flourished and prevailed.” This chapter reminds us that the gospel has power, true repentance produces visible change, and Jesus alone is worthy of our worship. Acts Chapter 18 - Encouraged by God: Faithfulness, Courage, and Continued Ministry

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/fan_mail/new] Today we are studying Acts Chapter 18. In this chapter, Paul travels to Corinth, where he meets Aquila and Priscilla, works as a tentmaker, and continues proclaiming Jesus as the Messiah. Even when opposition rises, the Lord encourages Paul in a vision and tells him not to be afraid, but to keep speaking. Later, we see Apollos, a gifted speaker, being instructed more accurately in the way of God by Priscilla and Aquila. Acts 18:9–10 says, “Then the Lord said to Paul in a night vision, ‘Don’t be afraid, but keep on speaking and don’t be silent. For I am with you, and no one will lay a hand on you to hurt you, because I have many people in this city.’” This chapter reminds us that God strengthens His servants, provides faithful partners, and calls us to keep speaking the truth. Acts Chapter 17 - Reasoning from Scripture: Seeking the God Who Is Near

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/fan_mail/new] Today we are studying Acts Chapter 17. In this chapter, Paul continues his missionary journey through Thessalonica, Berea, and Athens. He reasons from the Scriptures, explaining that the Messiah had to suffer and rise from the dead, and many believe. In Berea, the people receive the message eagerly and examine the Scriptures daily to see if what Paul said is true. Later, in Athens, Paul speaks to people surrounded by idols and points them to the one true God who made the world and gives life to all. Acts 17:27 says, “He did this so they might seek God, and perhaps they might reach out and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us.” This chapter reminds us that God’s truth can be examined, His gospel must be proclaimed, and He is near to those who seek Him.  Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2605799/support] We’re so grateful you chose to spend this time with us in God’s Word today.
