Descripción

Gall Bladder issues are so prevalent. Conventional medicine's answer - antibiotics. If that doesn't work, cut it out. What's the problem with that? You're leaving the source of the Gall Bladder symptoms unanswered. All that repressed anger stuck inside the body, with nowhere to go. Gall Bladder represents the emotion of anger in the body. Anger is like a fiery hot salamander running around the body. What do we do if we want to repress it? We try to shove it in a corner (which requires loads of energy to keep it held down), or it runs around the body wreaking havoc in its wake. When we have an emotion, it wants to be seen, heard, and felt. In this way, it can be processed and cleared. When we make that emotion wrong, or do not have the tools or wherewithal to deal with that emotion, we repress it. That causes distress in the body. In the case of repressed anger, one of the foremost ways it comes up is distress in the Gall Bladder (or at various points along the GB meridian line - for instance ear sensitivity, TMJ, right shoulder pain, hip pain, piriformis syndrome, knee pain, and more). episode After CTE - Living Your Health artwork

After CTE - Living Your Health

This episode interrupts the topic of signs and symptoms of CTE to give a real-life, post-CTE view of what it is like after. We got through it. We held the line on truth and health, and that, with our faith in G-d, helped us get through it. It forged the way for us to stay strong and grounded and unyielding to the unhealthy behavior around us. Now what? After, we find ourselves wondering and figuring out what health looks like in 5D. We want healthy relationships, so we learn how to build and be in one. What is it ok to ask for? Where do I want to put boundaries?, and then practice keeping them. Which people, what situations, do we say yes to and invite into our lives, and which do we say no to? We learn it is ok to make mistakes. We learn by trial and error. We are blessed to have angels along the way who teach us about love and safety and holding space and we bravely move into the health. The health that we knew existed. That we held out for. That we were afraid to ask for or yearn for. We learn it is ok to have needs, and to ask to have them met. To have wants, to assert our desires in a balanced healthy way, and to make our own choices. We've got this.

episode Continuous Traumatic Environment, Part II artwork

Continuous Traumatic Environment, Part II

In this episode I continue the conversation about CTE - Continuous Traumatic Environment. This is the area of understanding how living with continuous trauma effects us. In these episodes about CTE I discuss examples of a CTE, and then go into extensive conversation about what living in such an environment leads to. Go back an episode to hear the first in this series. In this episode I talk about how people living in CTEs cope, and how this effects their personality, what character traits this can hone, all in an effort to stay healthy, whole, and emotionally regulated throughout. These effects continue naturally after one is no longer in that traumatic environment. Dismantling the default behaviors used to cope in an unhealthy environment so that one can adapt to living healthfully in a healthy environment is a healing journey of discovery and practice that many embark on to be able to live a balanced life post trauma. I go into some of those issues here, and will continue that discussion in later episodes.

episode Growing up in a Continuous Traumatic Environment (CTE) artwork

Growing up in a Continuous Traumatic Environment (CTE)

This podcast is the first in a series about CTE (Continuous Traumatic Environment). It is an area of holistic healing that covers a specific set/s of events, behaviors, and emotional and physical symptoms. Understanding this very real very tangible concept opens our awareness and can alter one's understanding of what s/he (or friends, loved ones, clients) has experienced and continues to overcome through his/her healing in adulthhood. I am studying and expanding my awareness of CTE (a term I have generated to title this concept and area of study) through my work with clients, and from my own personal experience. It is a psycho-behavioral concept as crucial to our collective awareness as the concept of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I invite you to share this with people you think this might benefit.
