Today on the podcast, I'm joined by Laura Wolf, a feminine embodiment teacher, retreat leader, and founder of The WildWoman Experience. For more than 20 years, Laura has guided women in reconnecting with their bodies, nervous systems, and authentic selves through embodiment practices, breathwork, nervous system support, and sacred feminine spirituality. She is also the creator of Sacred Body: Return to Self, a nine-month journey designed to help women move from stress, over-functioning, and self-abandonment into deeper self-trust, aliveness, pleasure, and connection.
