We talk about the sacredness of private worship — the quiet, hidden places where God meets us, speaks to us, heals us, and reminds us who He really is. 🙌 Meredith shares about all the places God has met her over the years, the difference between teaching people to worship and simply giving them permission to, and what it looks like to take every thought captive in a different way — by bringing those thoughts into God’s presence and asking, “What are You saying to me here?” We talk about who we were told Jesus was versus who we’ve learned Him to truly be, and the life-changing truth that maybe the greatest spiritual lesson isn’t doing more for God… but learning to receive the love of God. 🤍 Meredith also shares about her new album, released on Good Friday, and the full-circle moment of returning to Liberty University to record it. We talk about creating as image-bearers, transitioning from being the young worship leader to becoming the “older person” on the team, and what it means to mother and encourage the next generation. Growth doesn’t always look like a dramatic transformation overnight. Sometimes it looks like pausing before you respond the old way. Sometimes it looks like healing slowly, setting a boundary, saying no, choosing rest, or realizing you don’t have to prove you’re changing for it to be real. In this Monday Minute, Brooke shares from 2 Corinthians 5:17 and reminds us that becoming new in Christ is less about perfection and more about surrender. New things often grow quietly before they grow visibly, and sometimes growth can even feel confusing while God is still working beneath the surface. You may not be exactly where you want to be yet — but thank God, you’re not where you used to be. And that is worth noticing. That is worth celebrating. And that is part of who you’re becoming.
