In this empowering episode of Redefining Possible, Peyton Hoffman sits down with speaker, women’s advisor, and relationship coach Sheree Cain-Jones for a deeply honest conversation about overcoming adversity, reclaiming self-worth, and transforming pain into purpose-driven leadership. Born into poverty and raised in a home marked by addiction and abuse, Sheree’s early life was filled with instability, trauma, and limitation. Becoming a teen mother and high school dropout could have defined her future — but instead, it became the beginning of a powerful transformation. In this conversation, Sheree opens up about the importance of boundaries, communication, self-respect, and learning how to stop abandoning yourself in relationships. She shares how high-functioning women often struggle silently with people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, and losing themselves while trying to hold everything together. As the creator of The P’s of Communicating with Presence and The Power School, Sheree now equips women with practical tools and frameworks that help them communicate with confidence, align with their purpose, and take intentional action toward the life they truly want. Episode 28: Chloe Hamilton: Addiction, Healing & Finding Freedom Through Faith and Purpose

In this powerful episode of Redefining Possible with Peyton Hoffman, Peyton sits down with Chloe Hamilton — full-time evangelist, missionary, and revival speaker — for a deeply personal conversation about identity, spiritual transformation, and overcoming darkness through faith. Raised in Los Angeles in a family deeply rooted in the Jesus People Movement, Chloe grew up witnessing prayer, miracles, and stories of healing from an early age. What seemed like a spiritually grounded upbringing, however, eventually collided with a painful season of rebellion, confusion, and inner struggle during her teenage years. As Chloe searched for identity and belonging, she became involved with destructive influences, drugs, alcohol, and witchcraft. Beneath the surface, she battled severe anorexia, bulimia, anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts that left her feeling trapped in hopelessness and spiritual darkness. After years of emotional pain and feeling disconnected from purpose, Chloe reached a breaking point during her senior year of high school. In that moment, she began seeking God personally through scripture and prayer, leading to a life-changing spiritual encounter that completely transformed her identity and direction. Following her baptism in 2014, Chloe experienced what she describes as immediate freedom from depression, fear, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. That transformation ignited a deep passion for ministry, evangelism, and reaching young people struggling with the same battles she once faced. Today, Chloe serves as a full-time missionary and evangelist, ministering in public high schools, college campuses, and international missions. Through her work with Aid the Way Ministries, she travels across California and abroad sharing messages of hope, healing, repentance, and spiritual freedom. In this conversation, Chloe opens up about mental health, identity, spiritual warfare, addiction, healing, surrender, and the journey of discovering purpose after years of pain and confusion. This episode explores faith, redemption, resilience, identity, healing, and the powerful reality that no life is too broken to be transformed.

episode Episode 27: Ben Steinbacher: Fatherlessness, Healing & Redefining Masculinity Through Faith and Purpose artwork

Episode 27: Ben Steinbacher: Fatherlessness, Healing & Redefining Masculinity Through Faith and Purpose

In this episode of Redefining Possible with Peyton Hoffman, host Peyton Hoffman sits down with coach, mentor, and men’s leadership expert Ben Steinbacher for a powerful conversation about fatherlessness, identity, healing, and what it truly means to become a strong and healthy man. Growing up surrounded by family dysfunction and emotional chaos, Ben developed a deep desire to understand people, leadership, and healing. What began as a personal search for answers eventually led him to faith, emotional restoration, and a calling to help other men confront the wounds, insecurities, and false beliefs they carry into adulthood. Today, after mentoring more than 1,000 teenagers, building international leadership programs, and coaching entrepreneurs and men across the world, Ben helps others separate their identity from performance and redefine leadership through humility, emotional intelligence, brotherhood, and spiritual growth. Throughout the conversation, Ben and Peyton discuss the growing crisis of fatherlessness and the lasting impact it has on confidence, relationships, leadership, and purpose. Ben explains how many men grow up without healthy models of masculinity, causing them to chase success, status, fitness, or achievement in an attempt to prove their worth and earn love. Ben also shares how healing often begins when men stop isolating themselves and begin building authentic community. He emphasizes that shame thrives in secrecy while transformation happens through vulnerability, accountability, and honest relationships with other men. The episode also explores practical leadership principles, emotional intelligence, and the importance of teaching men how to lead from wholeness instead of insecurity. Through faith, self-awareness, and intentional healing, Ben believes men can become the kind of leaders who positively impact families, businesses, and communities for generations to come. This episode is a powerful reminder that redefining masculinity is not about performance or control — it’s about healing, purpose, connection, and becoming the kind of man who helps others heal too.

In this powerful episode of Redefining Possible with Peyton Hoffman, Peyton sits down with Anthia, a media missionary and leader within the Business as Mission movement, to share her incredible journey of faith, surrender, and purpose. Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and raised in a non-religious household, Anthia’s life took a transformative turn when she became the first in her family to follow Christ as a teenager. As a third culture kid navigating identity, culture, and faith, she found her calling during her university years—where campus ministry became a pivotal space for spiritual growth, biblical literacy, and leadership development. Despite expectations from her family to pursue a traditional and successful business career, Anthia felt a deep conviction to step into full-time ministry. This decision created tension and required her to fully surrender her plans, ambitions, and sense of control. Through that process, she learned to release the pressure of self-sufficiency and trust in God’s provision. She shares powerful stories from her early mission work, including raising funds for her first international trip with no initial support, and stepping into unfamiliar and challenging environments that ultimately became some of the most joyful and formative experiences of her life. Now serving as a producer and floor manager for BAM Global, Anthia is part of a global movement that views business as a platform for ministry—impacting economies, combating injustice, and advancing the Gospel in the marketplace. This episode is a bold reminder that redefining success often requires surrender—and that true purpose is found in obedience, faith, and trusting God beyond what feels safe or expected.
