Sara Storey was the only woman to complete the World Record attempt at the Worlds Highest Marathon, recently held in Chile, and one of only 5 people out of the 10 who attempted it. Nigel Vardy, aka Mr Frostbite, was one of the support crew. Kate chats to them about what running at nearly 7,000 metres elevation is like, and how they both managed the event from their perspective.
