Descripción

Most of the people preaching that six-pack abs are the gateway to a “good life” are selling you an illusion—and in a lot of cases, they’re selling you. In this episode, we tear apart the idea that your worth, happiness, or success is measured by how visible your abs are. Because if that were true, the world’s most successful people would all look like fitness models—and they don’t. More billionaires don’t have six-packs than do. Same goes for millionaires. Most happily married couples? They’re not walking around shredded year-round either. Yet somehow, they’ve built wealth, relationships, families, and lives that actually mean something. So what’s really going on? We break down how fitness culture got twisted into a status symbol, how social media turned discipline into vanity, and why chasing a body standard isn’t the same as building a life. There’s nothing wrong with being in shape—but there’s a big difference between being healthy and being obsessed. This episode is about separating real success from manufactured expectations—and reminding you that you don’t need a six-pack to be respected, fulfilled, or winning at life. Because at the end of the day…  abs don’t build empires, character does.

EP.103 He is KING!

People scream about “respect” nonstop… right up until somebody questions their beliefs, opinions, politics, religion, or worldview. Then suddenly respect goes out the window. In this episode, my cohost and I break down the growing hypocrisy of demanding unconditional respect while refusing to give even basic understanding in return. From internet culture to religion, politics, and everyday interactions, we dive into why so many people expect immunity from criticism while openly criticizing everyone else. One major example? The phrase “Christ is King.” We discuss why some people publicly push religious beliefs into every conversation, yet become furious the second someone outside that faith questions it, challenges it, or simply disagrees. The conversation isn’t about attacking religion — it’s about the double standard of demanding tolerance while refusing to tolerate disagreement yourself. We also cover: *  Why modern discourse immediately turns hostile  *  The difference between respect and blind obedience  *  Why criticism is not persecution  *  How ego and identity have become inseparable  *  Why people want freedom of speech only when it benefits them  *  The social media culture of “rules for thee, not for me”  No screaming matches. No fake outrage. Just a brutally honest conversation about hypocrisy, accountability, and why mutual respect has to go both ways.

episode EP.101 Don't Be That Guy! artwork

EP.101 Don't Be That Guy!

Two men. One uncomfortable truth: nobody wants to be that guy. In this episode of SavagelyLOUD, we tear apart the mindset, habits, and attitudes that turn people into the guy everyone avoids, tolerates, or secretly pities. From wasting time and taking up space with zero ambition, to blaming the world for every failure, carrying toxic attitudes, chasing attention instead of purpose, and refusing to grow—we cover every reason people become stuck in mediocrity. We also dive into the kind of person who’s miserable with themselves, so they take that anger out on everyone around them. The guy who poisons rooms with negativity, lashes out at people who are trying to succeed, and makes everyone else pay for problems he refuses to fix within himself. This isn’t a self-help seminar. It’s a brutal reality check. We talk about lazy mindsets, victim mentalities, fake confidence, emotional immaturity, bad energy, lack of discipline, and why so many people choose comfort over becoming somebody worth respecting. If you’ve ever wondered why some people stay stagnant while others build a life with meaning, this episode pulls no punches. Stop being “that guy.”  Become somebody people can actually count on.

episode EP.100 REVENGE!! artwork

EP.100 REVENGE!!

What happens when someone crosses the line and leaves damage behind? Do you walk away… or make sure they feel it too? In this episode of SavagelyLOUD, we dive headfirst into the raw subject of revenge — the good, the bad, and the ugly side of getting even. From betrayal, disrespect, heartbreak, and lies to the deeper psychological need for justice, we break down why revenge feels so powerful and why so many people secretly crave it. But is revenge actually strength… or just pain wearing armor? We talk about the moments where revenge may feel deserved, the times it destroys people from the inside out, and whether true power comes from retaliation or refusing to let someone control your peace. Nothing is off limits as we discuss human emotion, ego, vengeance, self-respect, and the dangerous line between justice and obsession. Some people forgive.  Some people forget.  And some people make sure the world burns first.

episode EP.99 They Can Patent you!? artwork

EP.99 They Can Patent you!?

What happens when conspiracy theories stop sounding impossible… and start sounding plausible? In this wild episode of “They Can Patent You!?” we dive headfirst into some of the internet’s most controversial claims, government theories, hidden agendas, and questions society is told not to ask. From the idea that human beings can somehow be patented, to the growing fear that technology, corporations, and governments are gaining more control over everyday life than people realize — nothing is off limits. Me and my cohost break down the fine line between paranoia and possibility, discuss why so many people no longer trust institutions, and explore how conspiracy culture exploded into mainstream conversation. Some of these theories sound insane… until you actually start looking into them. This episode is not about telling you what to believe — it’s about asking why so many people are beginning to question everything. Buckle up. This one goes deep.
