Descripción

We spend so much of our lives working. 40 hours a week, people we see every day, tasks we repeat again and again. That is all that is part of our working life. And still… we often reduce it to one thing: Money. But work is never just about money. The work you do shapes your days, it creates your rhythm, and it also decides who you spend time with. Over time… it shapes who you become, because what you do consistently… becomes part of your identity. So… If you spend most of your time doing something that doesn’t feel aligned, it doesn’t just stay at work. It follows you into your energy and into your mindset. It shows up in the rest of your life. Sometimes, you simply need the job. Any job. Because what you need is income and the stability it brings. And that’s okay. Not every job you take needs to be your “dream.” But here’s the difference that will determine if you are using that job to build your sparkled-up life or not (regardless of whether the job can directly lead you to that future version of yourself). Are you choosing it consciously, or are you staying in it unconsciously? Because a job can be a means to an end, or it can become a place where you slowly lose yourself. The difference between the two is simply awareness. Knowing: What is this giving me?What is this costing me?And for how long is this the right place for me to be? Because even a job you don’t love… can have value. It can give you financial stability, or maybe access to people, skills, or opportunities. It can support something bigger you’re building. This, though, happens only if you stay intentional about it. As long as you remember that whatever you are doing right now is not the final destination. So, to take the power back into your hands and start creating your sparkled-up version of your life, start asking better questions. What does work mean to me?What do I want more of in my daily life? And where am I settling… just because it feels easier? Your life is shaped not only by what you dream about your future, but also by what you do every single day. And if most of that time is spent at work, then work is not just part of your life. It is a big part of how your life feels. So don’t ignore it or push it aside as you reach for a different version of your life. Understand it, question it and shape it just as intentionally as everything else, step by step. Life doesn’t become meaningful by accident, you know that already. SO just make it meaningful by choosing what you give your time to. With love,Anja ✨ This is a public episode. episode Flexibility - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 56/90 artwork

Flexibility - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 56/90

We often talk about discipline, about consistency, about keeping those promises to yourself. I’ve shared about this before, and yes, these things truly do matter. They help you build trust in yourself, and they gently guide your life in the direction you want to go. But there’s a danger hidden in all of this: rigidity. When your structure never adapts, it can start working against you, especially as life shifts and your needs evolve. And if your rules can’t adapt, something eventually breaks. You breake. That’s why flexibility is not the opposite of discipline, but rather what makes discipline sustainable. The strongest trees bend in the wind. The buildings designed to survive earthquakes aren’t the most rigid ones. Rather, earthquake-proof buildings move and absorb pressure rather than resisting it completely. Your life works the same way. Sometimes, the most caring and responsible thing you can do is to break your own rules. And breaking your rules doesn’t mean you’re giving up on your bigger goal. This does not mean accidentally breaking a rule… (That can feel like failure and lead to guilt that breaks your follow-through action). But intentional flexibility (intentional rule-breaking) feels different. Because you choose it. You know why you’re doing it. You understand that you’re not abandoning the direction, and rather, you are simply adjusting the path. There is indeed a difference between quitting and recovering. A difference between avoidance and restoration. And learning that difference is one of the most valuable skills you can develop. Life is not a test of perfect consistency; instead, I see it as a practice of sustainable consistency. The kind that can handle difficult days, unexpected situations, and changing seasons of life. So here are your questions for today to make you think: “Which rules truly serve me?”“Where am I becoming too rigid?”“And how can I build a little more flexibility into my life, without losing direction?” Because your life flourishes when your structure is strong enough to guide you, and gentle enough to support you. episode Ripple - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 55/90 artwork

Ripple - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 55/90

A conversation, a habit or a choice that seems insignificant in the moment can often start to shift something, even if you can’t see it yet. It touches something that influences, yet something else. Until suddenly, a door opens that you never even knew was there. Until one day, looking back, you realise that so much of your life began with something small. A class you decided to take, or maybe a person you decided to talk to. An opportunity you almost ignored. And before you know it, that tiny decision becomes part of your story. That’s the power of ripple effects. It’s so easy to overlook those small actions that can truly shift your life. You might catch yourself thinking that change needs to be dramatic or obvious. But most of the time, it happens quietly. Life shifts quietly, one honest decision at a time. The beautiful thing is that you can never fully predict where those ripples will lead. Here are just a few examples of ripples you might not see until you look back: You attend an event and meet someone new. You learn a skill and discover an opportunity. You take one step and suddenly find yourself on a path you never expected. That’s why taking action, even a small one, matters. Not because every step will change your life overnight, but because each one opens up something new. Every choice shapes what becomes possible next. This is especially important to remember in those moments when you feel stuck or powerless, when it seems like nothing is shifting, no matter how much you try. It’s easy to forget, in those moments, that you still have influence. You still have choices. You still have the ability to create a ripple, even if it feels small right now. Maybe your ripple feels tiny right now. But small is enough. Truly. Sometimes, that’s all it takes to begin. Ripples grow. And over time, those ripples build momentum and confidence. Often, you won’t even notice it while it’s happening. One day, you look back and realise you’re no longer the person who first began. So today, allow yourself to ask the questions: “What small ripple can I create today?”“What choice opens a new possibility?”“And what future version of me might be grateful that I started now?” Because life is shaped by the small ripples you create… the ones that keep moving long after you set them in motion. episode Home - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 54/90 artwork

Home - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 54/90

We often think of home as a place. This might be a house, an apartment, or even a city on a map. But if you’ve ever moved, travelled, or started over, you know it’s more complicated than that. Some places never feel like home, while others feel like home almost instantly. It might even be a street you've never walked before or landing on an airport where you've never been before, but it just feels familiar, and suddenly, something inside you relaxes. It feels like the place knows you. And that’s what makes this topic so interesting. Home is not only where you live. It’s what makes you feel safe enough to be yourself. For some people, that comes from familiar faces. For others, it comes from routines. Or the feeling of knowing where things are. Often, those are small things that, together, create a sense of belonging. The beautiful part is, you don’t have to wait for that feeling to happen naturally. You can. But you can also create it intentionally. You can unpack your suitcase. Learn the neighbourhood streets. Find your favourite café.Or even create rituals that tell your mind, “I belong here.” Because familiarity creates connection. And connection creates home. There’s also another side to this. Sometimes, you outgrow a place because something inside you has changed. A city that once felt exciting starts feeling restrictive, or a space that once fit you perfectly starts feeling too small. You find yourself standing at a crossroads. Do I reconnect with this place? Or do I listen to the quiet voice telling me it might be time for something new? Neither answer is wrong. What matters is that you notice it. Because home is not just about where you are, but it´s about your relationship with where you are. So today, here is what you can ask yourself: “What makes me feel at home?”“What spaces, rituals, or people create that feeling for me?”“And where in my life do I want to cultivate more belonging?” Home is not always something you find; sometimes, it’s something you create. And sometimes… It’s something you carry with you wherever you go. With love,Anja ✨ This is a public episode. episode Gathering - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 53/90 artwork

Gathering - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 53/90

We often think connection happens one person at a time. A friendship that we conclude, a relationship we find ourselves in, or a meaningful conversation we have with someone. And those things matter! But there is something else that significantly shapes our lives. Community. Not just the people in it, but the rituals, the traditions, the events, the moments where people come together simply because they belong. Right now, what comes to my mind are the summer picnics, neighbourhood gatherings, community dinners and traditional yearly celebrations. The kinds of moments that seem ordinary, until you realise how much they hold. They create familiarity in which you start recognising faces and learning names. And those faces and names tell stories and offer insight into their lives. And slowly, a group of strangers becomes a community. One that doesn’t require perfect alignment, as you don’t have to agree on everything or share the same goals. It simply is a space where sharing a place, tradition, meal, or a moment is enough. Because underneath all our differences, there is something we all share. We want to belong, to feel welcomed. We all want to be seen and accepted. We all want to feel we matter. And this is especially important when you’re growing and changing. Because growth can sometimes become isolating when you are building that next version of your life. You start focusing on goals, on improvement and on becoming… without noticing that you are slowly disconnecting from the people around you. I strongly believe growth was never meant to happen alone, but in connection with others. That is why learning and change are greatest when they happen through shared experiences, stories, and communities that remind you where you came from—and help you discover where you’re going. And here’s something worth remembering: No single community can meet all of your needs. One may give you belongings. Another may give you inspiration. Yet another may give you adventure. Another may simply give you a place to laugh and be yourself. That’s okay. Life was never designed for you to fit into one circle ONLY. It’s built through many. So today, instead of asking: “Who are my people and where are they hiding?” Ask: “What communities am I already part of?”“Which ones nourish me?”“And where could I show up a little more consistently?” Your life will become richer through the circles that welcome you back again and again. episode Peace - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 52/90 artwork

Peace - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 52/90

For a long time, we’ve been taught to chase things. Always finding that next goal, chasing the next achievement and improving ourselves into that next version of ourselves. And there’s nothing wrong with that. Growth matters. Adventure matters. Learning matters. Dreaming bigger matters. But somewhere along the way, another question appears: “What is all of this in service of?” If every achievement leaves you restless, … if every goal immediately turns into the next goal… then something is missing. And that something is PEACE. Not the kind that asks you to stop growing. But rather the kind that allows you to grow without constantly fighting yourself. The kind that says: “I can want more... and still be okay right now.” This is where, suddenly, your decisions change. You stop asking only: “Can I do this?” and instead you are wondering “Does this feel aligned?” Not just in relationships, but at work, in friendships, in opportunities you meet. All because you realise that some things look good on paper, and in reality, they leave you feeling unsettled. Some things, on the other hand, may not seem extraordinary at all, but with them comes a quiet sense of knowing deep inside of you. Almost like a whisper that says: “This is right for me.” And that feeling is easy to overlook when you are not used to listening to it. Especially in a world that celebrates excitement more than alignment. You see, peace has its own wisdom. It emplores you to ask: What energizes me without exhausting me?Who allows me to feel more like myself? What kind of life am I actually trying to build? And the answer will be different for everyone. For some people, peace looks like stillness. For others, peace looks like adventure. For some, it looks like a quiet morning. For others, it looks like creating, exploring, and constantly learning. Peace, after all, is not about what your life looks like from the outside, but how it feels from the inside. The fastest way to reconnect with that feeling is surprisingly simple. A walk, a song, and a memory are small things that come to mind right now. All things that remind you of who you are beneath all the noise. Some things that bring you back to yourself. So my dear beautiful people across the world, here are your questions for today: “What makes me feel deeply aligned?”“What brings me back to myself?”“And what would a life built around that feeling look like?” Your life doesn’t become meaningful only through what you accomplish. Your life is meaningful because you choose to see it through the peace you feel inside of yourself. With love, Anja ✨ This is a public episode.
