Repeat layers. You can eat this immediately or store in refrigerator. Naomi shares a recipe for authentic Mexican Ceviche Ingredients: 1b fresh tilapia 1 cup fresh lime juice 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 2 Roma tomatoes, diced and seeds removed 1 jalapeño (seeds removed) diced 1 avocado 1/4 cup red onions, finely chopped 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Dice fish into equal size small cubes Use glass container, pour juices over fish and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Drain juices, add veggies and cilantro Add avocado and chill. Can serve with Tostados with mayo or on the cracker or bread of your choice.
