Tej's description: Yeow what's up, my friend! Tej here with a special announcement: I'm starting up a new podcast with (over the years we've run a lot of calls together and not only have those conversations filled me with the raw electricity of life, but they seem to have captured the hearts and ears of folks all over the world too. And that's because I regularly receive emails about the impact those conversations have had, so we're deciding to run them more frequently & turn them into a new pod!) This podcast will live on its own feed and new episodes will be released every Wednesday at 5:00 am EST. But before we get going, we need your help… The podcast, you see, is still unnamed and instead of cooking up names ourselves, we thought it would be better to bring you the listener into the space by allowing YOU to decide (this felt right because this new pod only really came about as a result of your messages throughout the years). So what we've done is… Record ep 01 (I'm biased, but I think it's a banger), upload it to our individual feeds, and now we're leaving it to you (if you feel called) to listen and offer your 2 cents regarding potential names (simply send me an email with any and all ideas). Then we'll finalize the name and get up and running. Coolio? If so, give it a listen and allow yourself to feel into the new pod!! (This will be the only ep I publish to my personal feed. Once the name is set, we'll be uploading the podcast to a completely new feed and building it up week by week). Your friend who is super stoked for this, /tej P.S. You're free to send in as many names as you'd like. And if we go with one of the names you selected, then I'll make sure to repay you back in my own way to express my utmost appreciation. Cheers and hope you're having a great Sun-Day

Mentality Folder, The No-Phone Experiment, and The Future

This one was a fun one! In this episode, we cover a variety of topics. Everything from creating/reviewing a Mindset Folder 3x/day to Tej running a 1 year no phone experiment to Project 2050 to the future of human consciousness to giving up coffee. In between, we crack jokes and explore our immediate experience on a moment by moment basis. Here's the 'Tyler D' passages/quotes Tej references in this podcast (pulled from the book 'American Cosmic'): * "There is evidence for this, that our DNA is a receptor and transmitter. We have to tune our physical bodies and DNA. Sleep/rest well. Low alcohol consumption. Zero coffee: Interferes with the signal. Plenty of sun. Plenty of water. I know I've established connection when the thoughts that show up in my mind don't seem like my own. With practice you can feel the difference." * "We are made as the "ethereal beings," existing beyond our dimensions of recognized reality. These higher beings are in communication with us, reading our thoughts and sending us messages through celestial symbols which most of us do not even perceive, much less understand. A genius is one who comprehends and channels these messages from higher beings into technologies, products, and even art." * "I basically believe, and there is evidence for this, that our DNA is a receptor and transmitter. It works at a certain frequency - the same frequency, in fact, that we use to communicate with our satellites in deep space. Humans are a type of satellite, in fact. So in order to receive the signals and to transmit the signals, we have to tune our physical bodies and DNA. Because of this, I make sure I sleep really well. I use the eight plus one rule. That is, I sleep for eight hours and then make myself go back to bed for an hour. That one hour, the top-off really makes or breaks my day. I rarely drink alcohol, as it interferes with sleep, and I never drink coffee. Coffee really messes up the signal. I also have to be in the sun. So I wake up, and the previous night I will have gone to bed a little dehydrated. Then, I get my extra hour of sleep and go out into the sun. While I bask in the light of vitamin D, I drink a tall glass of water, which flushes my cells and rehydrates them. This is better than coffee. It is at this point that I can usually feel the connection. I know I've established connection when the thoughts that show up in my mind don't seem like my own. They are unfamiliar. With practice you can feel the difference." * "Maybe, in order to make the right call, you have to be in tune with your environment, and tune your DNA to receive the signal, and then pay attention. Be on the look out for the confirmations, and then act on it." * "Researcher Grant Cameron writes about the download experience and suggests that creativity does not necessarily stem from a high IQ or special talent, but instead comes from the ability to tap into "nonlocal intelligence." * "We're starting to understand a little bit more about that state and it seems that when people are being creative in the moment that the part of their brain that has to do with their sense of self, self awareness, self consciousness is turned down."
