Descripción

What if the version of spirituality you’ve been sold… isn’t actually spiritual at all? This has been my reflection recently. In this episode, I share a conversation I had with my mentor. Inside this conversation, we talk about: 1. Why I don't resonate with the online spiritual space and you may not either 2. Why performative spirituality is keeping powerful women disconnected from their truth 3. Why ambition, material desire, pleasure, and devotion can coexist 4. How spiritual awakenings don’t always come from trauma, sometimes they come from success 5. The quiet dissonance ambitious women feel in spiritual and personal development spaces 6. Why you don’t have to choose between being powerful, wealthy, sensual and spiritually connected 7. What it really means to live in integrity with your desires, your body, and your truth This was a more raw, vulnerable and honest conversation about spirituality one that actually supports your humanity. 45. PART 2- Why Successful Women Are Trading Self-Help for Fantasy Romance | with Jelena Ostrovska

We are back with Jelena Ostrovska for the rest of our conversation! If you missed last week's episode, go back and listen to the first part where we talk about consciousness, content and friendships! You know what's funny? Jelena and I started a friendship over books! For years, both Jelena and I read all the personal development books. The business books. The mindset books. The productivity books. The psychology books. The "become a better version of yourself" books. And then somewhere along the way, we found romantasy, dark fantasy romance and dark romance and found each other.. And suddenly we were healing more through fictional characters than another book telling us to wake up at 5 a.m. In part two of our conversation, we dive into the unexpected world of romantasy, dark romance, fantasy, BookTok, and why so many ambitious, high-achieving women seem to be obsessed like we are. But this isn't really a conversation about books. It's a conversation about what happens when women stop trying to optimize themselves and start allowing themselves to feel. We talk about why fiction has become such a powerful tool for healing, the lessons hidden inside our favorite characters, female friendship, values, relationships, resilience, power, identity, and why some books seem to find us exactly when we need them. We also get into the criticism these genres receive, why I think people completely misunderstand them, and how some stories can become mirrors for parts of ourselves we've never fully processed. And because this is The Highest Timeline, we eventually end up talking about intuition, personal authority, healing, leadership, and what it means to trust yourself. At the end of the episode, I also channel live guidance for Jelena as a thank you for coming on, around business growth, burnout, boundaries, energetic leaks, misplaced responsibility, and the identity she's being asked to leave behind. This episode is dedicated to the woman who has read every self-help book, done the inner work, built the business, checked all the boxes... ...and still finds herself crying over a fictional character because somehow they touched something deeper than another productivity framework ever could! I was also a guest on her podcast and that episode was also super delicious! 45. Content, Consciousness & The Loneliness of High Standards with Jelena Ostrovska (Part 1)

This week, I’m joined by my good friend and brilliant content strategist, Jelena Ostrovska. Jelena is a no-BS Content Marketing Strategist, business coach, and the host of the CEO Declassified podcast [https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/ceo-declassified/id1839606739] (which if you have not yet heard it or subscribed, go do that!). With over a decade of experience, Jelena is known for her sharp strategy, storytelling expertise, and detective-like ability to diagnose content gaps and turn chaos into clarity. She helps coaches, service providers, and brands create intentional content that grows their community, deepens connection, and drives conversions without gimmicks, fluff, or recycled templates. Jelena joined me for a raw and fun conversation on content, consciousness, female friendships, integrity, and what it really means to seek alignment as a high-achieving woman. We dive into the hidden exhaustion behind content creation, the difference between visibility and genuine connection, why high standards can feel isolating, and the uncomfortable truth about relationships, mentorship, and the online coaching space. If this episode feels like listening in on the kind of conversations women usually only have behind closed doors, that's because it is! This episode was so juicy I had to break it into two part! In this first part of the episode, we dive into: * Why posting more content isn’t always the answer * The missing piece in most social media strategies * High standards, resonance & outgrowing relationships * Consciousness, frequency & genuine connection * Female friendships, jealousy & emotional integrity * The coaching industry, manipulation & blurred boundaries * Why integrity matters more than charisma * Building a business and life that actually feels aligned And again, this is only part one! Tune in next week where we dive into the juiciness of why we dropped personal development books and dove head first into romantasy, dark fantasy romance and dark romance! I was also a guest on her podcast and that episode was also super delicious! episode 44. Spiritual Cosplay vs Spiritual Truth artwork

44. Spiritual Cosplay vs Spiritual Truth

In this episode we get real about spirituality, social media, and the pressure to “perform” enlightenment online. This is a conversation about spiritual maturity, self-awareness, authenticity, and coming back to your own truth instead of chasing curated spiritual aesthetics. I touch on: • The difference between true spirituality vs. “spiritual aesthetic” and cosplaying spirituality • How social media turned spirituality into something curated and consumable • Why spirituality doesn’t have to look mystical, dramatic, or extraordinary • The pressure of "gurus", coaches, and “rules” around being spiritual enough • Spiritual bypassing, toxic positivity, and becoming disconnected from your humanity • The evolution from needing spiritual tools and rituals to simply embodying connection • Protecting your sacred space and why I keep parts of my spiritual life private • The beauty of ordinary life as a spiritual practice • Meditation outside of traditional practices: walking, music, dancing, nature, daily rituals • Forgiving yourself for past versions of you and finding your own spiritual intimacy • Letting go of the idea that spirituality needs to be aesthetic, performative, or perfect This episode is my invitation to simplify, soften, reconnect to yourself, and remember that the deepest honest spiritual truths are often the quietest ones. If this episode landed, I'd love it if you shared it with your BFFs, rate, leave a review and spread the love so I can reach more women and help them make love to their life!
