Descripción

Today we’re exposing raw Biden DOJ weaponization of gun laws against law-abiding Americans. Our guest George Peterson is a certified firearms instructor, former FFL holder, and Louisiana patriot who ran PDW Solutions in the Greater New Orleans area. In 2022, ATF agents raided his home and business. They seized hundreds of thousands in legal inventory… but the only charge? Possession of one unregistered .22 solvent trap he kept in his safe. George took a conditional guilty plea specifically to preserve his right to fight the unconstitutional NFA suppressor registration scheme under the Second Amendment. He appealed all the way to the Fifth Circuit and then the U.S. Supreme Court. On April 20th, SCOTUS denied certiorari. Appeals exhausted. George is now headed to federal prison for 24 months – not for hurting anyone, not for a crime of violence, but for a technical paperwork violation on a common safety device. This is exactly what we’ve been warning about: selective enforcement and regulatory traps designed to turn honest gun owners into felons while the elite ignore the Constitution. George fought for all of us, and today he’s here live to tell the unfiltered truth about what really happened, how the system failed him, and what this means for every 2A supporter in America. The Hidden Facts Behind Your Healthcare Costs | The Rob Maness Show EP 675

Millions of Americans are pissed off about health insurance — premiums through the roof, deductibles higher than ever, and coverage that feels like it’s shrinking every single year. It often seems like the deck is stacked against working families and small businesses. Today we’re pulling back the curtain on what’s really driving your costs. We’re going to show you how hospitals have become a major problem through massive consolidation. We’ll expose how the entire system isn’t designed to treat patients over the long term, it’s built around treating symptoms only, keeping you coming back for more. And we’re going to dig into how Big Pharma and Pharmacy Benefit Managers are quietly contributing to these skyrocketing prices through hidden payments and preferred drug lists. Joining me today is Chris Hamilton, a Partner at Hotchkiss Insurance in Texas. Chris leads their employee benefits consulting practice. He specializes in managing healthcare and insurance costs to improve benefits coverage, reduce expenses, and deliver better employee health outcomes. With over a decade of experience in corporate finance, he’s advised clients across private equity, oil & gas, and more. ---------------------------------------- Hosted on Acast. Harmful Ideologies: Air Force Doc Reassured Military Doctors They Can’t Be Sued for Sex Changes on Minors | EP 674

Today we’re exposing a jaw-dropping scandal straight out of the Biden-era military: an Air Force doctor, Lt. Col. Josh Smalley, appeared to reassure military medical officers and civilian employees that they couldn’t be sued for performing sex-change procedures on minors. According to an explosive Daily Caller exclusive, Smalley—who once ran the Air Force’s Transgender Medical Health Unit—shared multiple sets of documents in 2023 telling doctors: don’t worry about lawsuits, the Department of Defense has your back when it comes to “gender-affirming care” on children. Taxpayer-funded mutilation of minors, protected from legal accountability. This is the radical gender ideology that was rammed into our armed forces under Biden—prioritizing politics over science, readiness, and the well-being of kids. But it didn’t stay hidden. The Center to Advance Security in America—led by our guest today—fought through FOIA requests and a lawsuit to drag these documents into the light. Joining me right now is James Fitzpatrick: Army veteran, former Trump 45 administration appointee, Director of CASA, and the man who helped break this story. This is a public episode. School Choice: Why Did Mississippi GOP State Senators Kill Trump’s Policy | EP 673

Today, we’re confronting a disappointing reality: Why did Mississippi GOP State Senators kill President Trump’s school choice policy in less than two minutes with no debate? Mississippi has celebrated the 'Mississippi Miracle' in public education improvements, and that’s fantastic progress. But many families still struggle to find the right fit for their children. School choice would empower parents to select public, private, charter, or home schools using education savings accounts or vouchers. Critics raised concerns that were and are being answered today again: things like using taxpayer dollars for non-public schools, whether private institutions meet rigorous academic standards, and whether HB2 truly delivers choice since private schools aren’t required to accept all students and public schools can deny transfers due to capacity. However, 18 states—including every state bordering Mississippi—have proven universal education freedom works. It doesn’t hurt public schools; it drives improvement across the board by introducing competition and parent empowerment. To help us unpack this and explore how Mississippi can join these successful states, I’m pleased to welcome our special guest, Leah Ferretti, Director of Mississippi Ready and a Mom who decided to take her children’s education into her own hands. Doing Something About It: Louisiana US Senate Primary | The Rob Maness Show EP 672

We are doing something about it in Louisiana’s all-important U.S. Senate primary. Our guest is Congresswoman Julia Letlow — a fighter from rural Louisiana who’s ready to take her proven record to the United States Senate. Julia grew up in Monroe, graduated from Ouachita Christian High School, and became a dedicated educator. She earned her degrees from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and went on to serve as an instructor and administrator at ULM and Tulane, always fighting for opportunity through education. She married her husband Luke Letlow, hit the campaign trail with him as he ran for Congress in Louisiana’s 5th District, and together they were building a life of service. Tragically, Luke won the election but passed away from COVID complications just days before he was to be sworn in. In her grief, Julia didn’t quit — she stepped up. She ran in the special election, won with 65% of the vote, and became Louisiana’s first Republican woman ever elected to Congress. In Washington, she has delivered results: she authored the Parents Bill of Rights to put moms and dads back in charge of their kids’ education, fought for the Farm Bill to protect our farmers and rural communities, returned critical funding to Louisiana’s 5th District, and earned a powerful seat on the House Appropriations Committee. Now President Trump personally asked her to run for Senate and gave her his complete and total endorsement. But What sets Julia apart? What will be her priorities in the Senate and how will she deliver real results for Louisiana families? She’s a fighter that’s how and Julia Letlow is the fighter Louisiana needs. Iran continues its dangerous march toward nuclear weapons capability, threatening our closest ally in the Middle East and global stability. With Israel on high alert and the world holding its breath, the decisions made in the coming days could reshape the entire region. At the same time, we’re monitoring the latest responses from the President and Tehran as diplomatic talks or threats continue to unfold. Over in Europe, the war in Ukraine grinds on, but there are fresh reports suggesting Russia might be open to peace negotiations. Is this genuine, or just another tactical move by Putin? Uncertainty and risk are par for the course in these conflicts This is a public episode.
