One is in custody. An ICE agent accused in a nonfatal north Minneapolis shooting was arrested in Texas. He is accused of firing a bullet into a North Minneapolis home with children inside back in January. That bullet hit a man in the leg. A man was shot multiple times while attending a prayer service for Eid Al Adha, an Islamic Holiday. It happened at Canterbury Park in Shakopee. And one the of the 15 people charged by the DOJ last week in Minnesota's fraud crisis was in court today. A judge ruled Muhammad Omar will be detained throughout trial because of flight risk.
