Through gentle attention and breath, you’ll release tension, notice physical sensations, and return to a steady, grounded state. This meditation is especially helpful if you are: • Feeling anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed • Struggling to stay present • Experiencing stress or mental overload • Looking for a short grounding meditation • Wanting to feel safe and centered in your body Your body is not something you need to escape. It’s a place you can return to—again and again.
