Alchemy with Nancy
There's a line from Kiersten Hathcock's story that I haven't been able to shake — the moment a friend told her, "This is little Kiersten driving the bus." And honestly? That one stopped me in my tracks. Get this: Kiersten was a TV marketing exec at A&E and the History Channel who taught herself carpentry, built a furniture company in her garage, and won Shark Tank. And while all of that was happening on the outside, she was quietly healing from childhood sexual abuse and trying to make sense of mediumship abilities she never asked for. I didn't expect to relate to her the way I did. But I did. The children who came to her in spirit didn't just need her help — they showed up to help her too, picking her up through the hardest stretch of her life and becoming this little team of light she now talks about like her own kids. But here's where things got REALLY interesting. Kiersten now co-runs a nonprofit that investigates cold cases for crime victims' families — completely free of charge — working alongside a retired NYPD detective and channeling information that's helped solve cases and even kept him out of danger. Her memoir, Little Voices, is being adapted for a TV series. A gentle heads-up before you press play: we talk openly about childhood sexual abuse and trauma. Nothing is graphic, but it may not be suitable for all listeners. Please take care of yourself and listen at your own pace. What You'll Learn: * What it was like to first sense, smell, and hear spirit coming through * How Kiersten learned to validate her abilities after years as a skeptic * Why childhood sexual abuse survivors often unknowingly replicate abuse later in life * How emotional blocks can interfere with our intuition * Why missing and murdered indigenous women receive so little attention and resources * Why she believes intuition is something we all have access to Resources Mentioned: * Little Voices [https://www.kierstenhathcock.com/alchemy-book-club.html] by Kiersten Parsons Hathcock * Kiersten's website [https://www.kierstenhathcock.com] * National Institute for Law and Justice: https://nilj.org [https://nilj.org] Join Us for the Book Club: An Evening with Kiersten Parsons Hathcock — Thursday, June 25, 2026 · 7:00 PM EST · Virtual.
