How difficult is it to skate every single day for a year? It turns out, a lot trickier than it was in your teens and twenties! Jobs, family commitments, bad weather, illness, injuries and general life stuff throwing constant curveballs. Season 3 Episode 5 - World Mental Health Day, stomachs, anxiety and hosepipes down the throat

A short solo one today. With it being World Mental Health Day I thought I'd add my experiences of the last 2 or so years into the ether. Stomach issues, almost s****ing myself on the regular, having a garden hose down my throat and a visit from the anxiety monster. And lactose can f**k right off (even if I do miss my greek yoghurt for brekkie)!
