Restorative Practices with Dr. Benjamin Williams. Dr. Williams serves as the Associate Dean of Students and Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Trinity University. He oversees support for crisis & care, student engagement, and co-chairs the Student Success Team. His work centers on integrating restorative practices across student conduct, crisis response, and engagement to foster care and accountability within campus communities. Trained through the Center for Restorative Justice at the University of San Diego and other professional development, Ben has presented nationally and consulted with more than 15 campuses on embedding restorative approaches into Title IX and conduct processes.
