Beskrivelse

The case file is back open. This week on Attempted Murder, the investigation begins with a dramatic comeback against Richmond — just when the victim looked down and out, signs of life returned to the scene. Was it a miracle recovery or simply delayed justice? The detectives then turn their attention to the magnet movers — the shadowy figures working behind closed doors, pulling strings, shifting pieces, and quietly trying to crack the code behind the club’s resurgence. But not all crimes happen on the field. We also examine the uglier side of the game, where some supporters cross the line from passionate to personal, taking aim at players beyond the boundary. When the crowd becomes the crime scene, how should players respond? And where does accountability sit when football turns toxic? Another week. More evidence. Plenty of suspects. Lock in for another episode of Attempted Murder.

The Roo Bar - Episode 15

This week, Leroy and the team investigate a series of developments that have rocked the football world. First, officers are called to the scene after reports that The Crow Bar has undergone a mysterious 48-hour identity change in honor of the Big Roo — the Adelaide Crows' favorite son. Was it a tribute, a takeover, or simply a case of extreme admiration? The investigation is ongoing. And with the Crows preparing to face Geelong at Adelaide Oval, detectives secure an exclusive interrogation with Cat Man. Under the bright lights of the interview room, we attempt to uncover the truth behind the Cat eyes he proudly displays every week' All this and more as we dust for fingerprints, follow the evidence, and investigate what's really going down on and off the field. No alibis. No plea deals. Just football.

A Tribute to a Legend - Episode 14

This week on Attempted Murder, the investigation takes a serious turn as we pause to pay tribute to the late Neale Daniher — a true fighter, leader, and inspiration whose impact on football and the battle against MND will never be forgotten. Then it’s back to the crime scene as the team dusts for fingerprints from Thursday night’s Hawthorn clash in Tasmania. What went wrong under the bright lights? Who left crucial evidence behind? And are there persons of interest emerging in the fallout? Plus, we throw open the phone lines for key witnesses to give their statements on the current state of our play list. Is this side building a case for finals relevance, or are we staring at another unsolved mystery? The evidence board is stacked, the detectives are circling, and the interrogation room is open. Another massive edition of Attempted Murder awaits.

Rachele's Pocket - Episode 13

This week on Attempted Murder, the investigation opens at Adelaide Oval where one pressing question has detectives scrambling for answers… has Rash officially claimed Eddie’s Pocket as his own personal crime scene? Fresh evidence is also presented from the weekend’s demolition job against North Melbourne Football Club, with the boys unpacking just how good that win really was and what it means for the case file moving forward. Meanwhile, key witness Len is absent from the interrogation room this week after being ruled medically unavailable, leaving the squad one investigator short. And in a major shake-up to the newsroom, Rampaging Ray makes his official debut in his brand-new breaking news segment — delivering headlines with all the subtlety of a battering ram through a locked front door.

More than just Footy - Episode 11

This week on Attempted Murder, the case file is overflowing after the Adelaide Football Club pulled off a one-point robbery against arch rivals Port Adelaide Football Club in a finish so tense it may require its own coronial inquest. The siren sounded, the evidence was sealed, and somehow the Crows walked away with the goods. Leroy, Len and the Gnome work through a collection of witness statements as callers and key voices from the scene deliver their testimony. Some accounts are measured, others feel like they were written under duress, but all of them are now on record. We also reopen multiple active investigations — including the troubling state of umpiring in our great game. The evidence is mounting, confidence is shaky, and right now the officiating department appears to be operating without enough control of the crime scene.  And because some issues can’t be left unsolved, we once again put men’s mental health under the spotlight. It’s not a side case, it’s not background noise, and it’s certainly not something that can be avoided any longer. One-point victory. Multiple witness accounts. Umpiring under investigation. And a case too important to ignore. The investigation continues.
