I am so strong, didn’t you know, I stand on my tippy toe, and peer into the eyes of the darkness, that tries to find us, And crush our beautiful great gorgeous grace. I smile in its face, and say “don’t you know who I am”,   A powerful poem about human strength and a personality that endures this human experience. May it make you feel free and lovingly strong.   "As I crawled off, that boat,  and decided you couldn’t drown me any longer. I sang it from the rooftops. Then I dropped off, to find the next piece of darkness, I needed to kick the arse of, And shine some light on. Because my capes strong,  and these boots were definitely made for walking".   Notes from the author Angela Jane One of my all time favourites. It's the ass-kicking kind of poem, that beholds the rebel, the fierce warrior and the voice of your wild side that is ready to stop listening to your BS and fearful mind. You know who you are in truth.  You know your worth and your power. It scares you, I get it. But gems await you when you listen, move and act from a deep place of being this superhero. Go fly. Go leap. Go bound. Go tear down the buildings you have built as your fortress to falsely protect who you think you are and lack of safety. You are safe. Enjoy this 3 minute little intro, why we do what we do and what we hope you feel as you listen to our podcast. We thank you for returning here! We apologise that we don't regularly uploaded currently. There is much going on and we do our best to share and provide loving content. We hope it's also evident from all our work that we continue to produce what is honest, loving and very real. That does at times include imperfections in audio, quick unrehearsed chats (like the one I added at the end of this intro). We will always provide what we hope is of value to someone on their journey here. May it comfort and guide! It will always be real and imperfect.
