Breath By Breath
This episode is all about self-care. When life gets difficult, one of the best things we can do for ourselves is take care of ourselves. It is one thing we can control in a world of uncontrollable things. It is not an easy or simple thing to do, but by building good self-care habits, we build happy, healthy lives. I know future me is thanking current me for taking such good care of herself.
