Hi my beautiful friends!! On today's cast i am talking about the b word... budgeting girl. Now I am trying my hardest as a.... bad spender. We all are! But these are things that have really helped me in trying to be more mindful of my money in order to control a possible future stressor. I talk about deep diving into the whys, and then go into what next. Just do the thing!!!

Some of the best advice I found recently was from a random pinterest post I didnt even save. And it said that the best way to get something you want was to literally just go and do it. Go and do the thing, go get the thing, but just do that. Its really that simple, the hurdles that may seem to get in our way are only put there by us and we can remove them to achieve what we desire. This is what I talk about today. And of course this does not go for anything deeper like mental illness, disease or other illnesses. But manifestations or desires, just go and get them! Here are the journal prompts I mention: 1. write down what it is that you want. Be specific 2. write down how you can get these things. be realistic that is your number one hack to getting what you want. you just wrote it yourself! now go and do it, and let the universe do the rest of the work. hi everyone sorry it took me five million years i was going through school work and just going through a funk honestly. I have today what has been lacking for me for a while and that is motivation. I have lost a lot of it and have been letting life pass by while i just scroll mindlessly on my phone so for today I thought I would give some steps for finding your motivation groove!! exercises i talked about today are my steps: - ask yourself what is it that you want to be motivated for, and why it matters to you! - setting tiny goals - habit stacking your goals - visual reminders !! - make these things social! have some buddy sessions - giving yourself grace throughout your process - mix up your environment ! - make it fun and aesthetically pleasing - reflect reflect reflect I wish everyone reading this to have all it is you are wishing and desiring right now. You got this! Im rooting for you!!

Hi my lovely friends welcome back! Happy happy spring and the start to the warmth of the year! Today I am talking about just being that G.A.L. What does that mean? Being that Gal involves being someone who is Genuine, Authentic, and Loving!! I talk about the importance of being genuine to your character, being authentic with your wants and beliefs, and spewing love which will bring you love. Bare with me here! I deep dive into what all three of these things mean, how you can apply them to yourself, and how to be.that.GALL!!! Some things to remember from the cast: - know how amazing and wonderful you are, appreciate yourself, because when you find that in yourself you won't seek it in others and that genuinity creates a radiating glow within you -stay true to what you want. Don't let scary judgemental thoughts even begin taking root in your mind. You dont lose anything from going for what you want! You only gain. -spew out love and love will flow within you. Try seeing love in every little thing you do, in what you see, and love will go back into you creating a beautiful nonstop flow. Its important to remind yourself of these things, maybe try writing down 1 thing youre grateful for every day- then switch it to one more and one more and one more. Little changes to make these things more smooth and easier to incorporate. Its spring my friends!! Time for new beginnings, fresh starts, and just feeling better within yourself. Hi lovely friends!! Today I am here talking about being where your feet are. I forget a lot of times, especially right now in my life-- to not live in my head daydreaming about a life that is not in my path right now. I want to be where my feet are, ground myself and enjoy the moment. I mentioned some things we could do in this podcast: - limit phone time with a realistic timer: I am usually 3hr a day kinda girly so i cut it in half - plan out your phone/scrolling time: time when you want to spend those scrolling minutes, enjoy them because they are limited, and then when you find yourself not in your scrolling schedule or out of time, get up and do something yall!! what did you do when you were little and bored? Think about it, and do something that brings joy to you! - investing in moving your body: what are ways you enjoy moving your body?? Invest, investigate, and trial it out!! If it is something you really like, invest in it and you will enjoy the rewards - hobbies: what are they to you? What did you enjoy? try it again! - reminders: set up a pinterest widget with a specific board of motivational posts that show up on your phone screen. This really reminds me everything I want to about enjoying the now, being myself, and whatever other motivational words I need to read on a daily basis. Thank you so much for your time my sunshines.
