Debugging Midlife – Episode 2: Coming Back

I talk about getting sick, starting grief counselling and grief reiki, and what it feels like to realize that mental health and physical health are tied together more than we like to admit. There’s also a bit about living and working in a small space (and why rearranging my office-bedroom combo always resets my brain), plus a look at a few creative projects: rebuilding my website, dusting off RetroDev Studio, and planning my usual homemade holiday gifts. Mostly though, it’s about finding your rhythm again after everything feels like too much.
