INSTANT Plantar Fasciitis Relief

Have you tried everything to fix your plantar fasciitis, but you’re still experiencing foot pain? In this video, I’ll show you how to fix plantar fasciitis with one simple plantar fasciitis stretch. Find out how to get foot pain relief at home! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: How to fix plantar fasciitis 0:35 Plantar fasciitis pain 0:51 Plantar fasciitis stretches 1:43 Low-carb diet for plantar fasciitis pain 1:57 The best plantar fasciitis remedy 5:03 Plantar fasciitis pain relief testimonials Videos on Healthy Keto and Intermittent Fasting: ▶️    • Dr. Berg's Healthy Keto® Diet Plan - Inter...   ▶️    • Dr. Berg's Guide to Healthy Keto® Eating: ... If the bottom of your foot is inflamed, you don't want to stretch it! Stretching the calf or massaging the bottom of the foot can make plantar fasciitis pain worse. Before you perform this plantar fasciitis stretch, rate your pain on a scale of 1 to 10 when putting pressure on your foot. To perform the stretch, sit down and bend your toes downward. This shouldn’t hurt! This exercise stretches the opposite muscles and fascia. After performing this stretch, rerate your foot pain. Another surprising solution for plantar fasciitis is a low-carb diet combined with intermittent fasting. Inflammation that can cause plantar fasciitis occurs when your carbs are too high. The root cause of plantar fasciitis is too much calcium. Magnesium controls calcium in the body and can get rid of excess calcium. Cramps and plantar fasciitis are common signs of a magnesium deficiency. Try taking 400 mg of magnesium glycinate each day to combat plantar fasciitis. Vitamin D helps with many calcium-related issues and has potent anti-inflammatory effects. Consider taking 20,000 IU of vitamin D daily for plantar fasciitis pain. Magnesium won’t work well without vitamin D and vice versa. If you take too much vitamin D without magnesium, you’ll end up with a magnesium deficiency. Vitamin D deficiency can contribute to plantar fasciitis, but you may also notice other problems, such as lower back pain, decreased immune function, and muscle achiness. Always take vitamin D with vitamin K2, which helps remove calcium from the soft tissues. Do these plantar fasciitis stretches several times daily until your foot and heel pain goes away. Vitamin D, K2, and magnesium combined with keto and intermittent fasting may significantly reduce plantar fasciitis pain in the long term. --- Learn more about your ad choices. episode THIS HAS GOT TO CEASE!! artwork

THIS HAS GOT TO CEASE!!

What would happen to your body if you were put on 48 different medications? This is the average number of medications a person takes in an assisted living home in the United States. Hal Cranmer, owner of A Paradise for Parents, and Claud Covaci, CEO of Synkwise, weigh in on the true cost of healthcare. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Welcome, Hal Cranmer and Claud Covaci! 2:00 Hal’s protocol in his assisted living homes 3:48 Dementia in assisted living homes 6:13 The truth about medication vs. food 7:22 Healthcare encourages medication 8:54 Raising awareness 11:15 What do you think about this problem? DATA: https://aparadiseforparents.com/ Please join me in welcoming Hal Cranmer and Claud Covaci! Claud is the CEO of a software company that manages the medications people take in assisted living homes. In a sampling of 100 residents, the average resident is on 48 medications. Some residents were even taking up to 91 medications! This isn’t healthcare. In Hal’s assisted living homes, he implements programs to help people get off their medications. Many of his residents have seen a 50% decrease in medication usage. Hal focuses on diet and doesn't serve ultra-processed foods in his facilities. Dementia is the top problem in assisted living homes and is extremely expensive, costing an average of $800,000 to $1.5 million per person. Hal explains that dementia starts in your 30s and 40s, so it’s a very difficult condition to reverse. Under Hal’s protocol, he has seen improvement, even in people with dementia. The US healthcare system is focused on medicine, not food, but food is the most significant contributor to your health! Medications treat the side effects of junk food consumption, and the side effects of medications are then treated with more medication. The ultimate goal should be to decrease medications, get people off them, and hopefully help them regain independence. The current healthcare model does not support these goals. One record for a single patient shows they’re on medication for high blood pressure, cholesterol, tremors, blood clots, stool softeners, antidepressants, seizures, insulin, schizophrenia, runny nose, nausea, prostate enlargement, and more. This is insane! Failing to address the diet before prescribing these medications misses the root cause of the problems. Today I want to share some new interesting information on how to put diabetes in remission. If you fix insulin resistance, you can fix your type 2 diabetes. But, if you have a fatty liver, you can't get rid of insulin resistance. If you have insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, or diabetes, you need to focus on removing fat from your liver. You can develop insulin resistance with less than two percent of the liver being fatty. The good news is that the brain and body love to run on ketones instead of glucose for fuel. It’s crucial to start running your body on ketones to fix insulin resistance and other health concerns. When you decrease your blood glucose, the body starts using ketones. Within six days of running the body on ketones, you can significantly improve the effects of insulin resistance in your liver. The ketogenic diet has been shown to decrease 50 percent of the fat in a person’s liver within two weeks. Key things to start doing right now: 1. Get on the ketogenic diet 2. Consume a moderate amount of protein 3. Consume apple cider vinegar (one to two tablespoons in water) 4. Let your appetite dictate when you eat (eat less frequently) 5. Exercise on a regular basis Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 58, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting.
