WHAT JOURNAL SHOULD YOU GET?? Starting with a blank canvas can seem daunting, so guided journals are a great way to start if you feel really overwhelmed. Having perspective is the ability to look outside when it's raining and, instead of complaining, go out and dance in the rain. Life changes and things fall apart. Having perspective through it all, or building an open mind, will allow you to change your mindset and focus on what is important. Through a shift in life, this is when we can learn so much about ourselves and define our values with clarity. Becoming who you want to be is more than defining your values though, it’s about being them.
