The US has 50% of the unicorns, China has 25%. and India and the UK always are vying back and forth for the third position. So why is this important? It's important because startups attract a lot of employees. And largely, these employees are so energized by the idea of future wealth, or whatever the mission is of the company, a lot of times these employees are working for less or no money.
